Abstract
ABSTRAK
Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) merupakan komponen yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan, terlebih pada proses manajemen pendidikan. Humas merupakan dua komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan masyarakat yang saling melengkapi bahkan ikut memberikan warna terhadap perumusan model pembelajaran tertentu di sekolah. Peran serta masyarakat menjadi pendukung utama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Dalam UU Sisdiknas no 20 tahun 2003, Pentingnya partisipasi ini, maka sekolah harus mengelolanya secara manjerial dan professional.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari Malang mengingat waka. bidang humas baru berjalan hampir 2 tahun sekarang. Fokus peenelitian ini adalah; (1) Bagaimana langkah-langkah perencanaan program kegiatan manajemen humas (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan program kegiatan manajemen humas (3) Bagaimana evaluasi program kegiatan manajemen humas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat (4) Bagaimana bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program sekolah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi dan perpanjangan masa penelitian.
Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh ialah; (1) Langkah-langkah perencanaan program kegiatan manajemen humas terdiri dari; (a) Analisis kebutuhan secara menyeluruh: anggaran, teamwork, alat, dan lai-lain; (b) Analisis situasi dan kondidsi (penelitian humas) yakni waktu, kegiatan, level: kelas, tempat dan lain- lain; (c) Evaluasi standar dalam musyawarah bersama; (d) Penyerahan hasil penentuan oleh Yayasan Bani Hasyim melalui musyawarah yang bersifat buttom up (e) Implementasi program. 2) Pelaksanaan program kegiatan manajemen humas melalui beberapa media; (a) Media cetak; (b) Media visual; (c) Media audiovisual; (3) Evaluasi program kegiatan manajemen humas terbagi menjadi 2 bagian: (a) evaluasi scope kecil; (b) evaluasi scope besar, dan terdapat 4 bentuk metode evaluasi yaitu metode observasi, metode kuesioner, metode pol pendapat, dan metode diskusi panel. (4) Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program sekolah secara garis besar adalah berbentuk sebagai berikut: (a) Materi: manfaatnya kembali terhadap masyarakat itu sendiri; (b) Pikiran/ ide-ide dan tenaga; (c) Do’a.
ABSTRACT
Management Public Relations (PR) is a highly influential component in education, especially in the education management process. PR is the communication between the two schools with the community even participate complementary color to the formulation of the model provide specific learning in school. Public participation became a major supporter of education. In the Education Law number 20 of 2003, The importance of this participation, the school must manage them managerial and professional.
This research was conducted in the Islamic SD Banu Hashim Singosari Malang remember waka. the field of public relations has been running almost 2 years now. The focus of this research is; (1) What about planning steps program management activities of public relations (2) How does the implementation of program management activities of public relations (3) How does public relations management program evaluation activities to improve community participation (4) What are the forms of public participation in support of school programs.
The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, and case study research. The technique used in data collection interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Having collected the data, performed data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation and an extension of the study period.
The study's findings are obtained; (1) Step-by-step program planning management activities consist of public relations; (a) a thorough analysis of needs: budget, teamwork, tools, and other-lai; (b) Analysis of the situation and conditions (PR research) that time, activities, levels: class, place and others; (c) Evaluation of standards in consultation with; (d) Submission of the results of the determination by the Yayasan Banu Hashim through deliberation is consensus (e) Implementation of the program. 2) Implementation of a program of public relations management activities through several media; (a) the print media; (b) visual media; (c) audiovisual media; (3) Evaluation of public relations management activities program is divided into two parts: (a) evaluation of small scope; (b) the evaluation of a large scope, and there are 4 forms of evaluation methods, namely the method of observation, questionnaires, opinion polling method, and the method of the panel discussion. (4) The form of community participation in supporting school programs are substantially the form as follows: (a) material: benefits back to the community itself; (b) Thoughts/ideas and energy; (c) Benediction.
