Metode Simpleks merupakan salah satu metode matematika dalam permasalahan Program Linier (PL). Tujuan dari Metode Simpleks yaitu untuk mencari suatu nilai yang optimal. UD.Vista Florist merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan bunga yaitu sirup herbal bunga sedap malam, sirup herbal bunga mawar, sirup herbal bunga melati, teh bunga sedap malam, teh bunga mawar, teh bunga melati dan keripik bunga sedap malam varian serai. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut digunakan salah satu model matematika yaitu Program Linier Fuzzy (PLF). Tujuan dari PLF ini adalah untuk menentukan berapa kali perusahaan memproduksi produknya untuk mencapai keuntungan yang maksimal. Langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah ini yaitu dengan membawa permasalahan PLF ke dalam PL dengan menggunakan Metode Mehar dan menyelesaikan permasalahan PL dengan menggunakan Metode Simpleks. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Metode Simpleks menghasilkan solusi yang optimal yaitu produksi sirup herbal bunga sedap malam yaitu sebanyak 6,349 kali, produksi bunga melati yaitu 2,688 kali, produksi teh bunga sedap malam yaitu 4,727 kali, dan untuk sirup herbal bunga mawar, teh bunga mawar, teh bunga melati dan keripik bunga sedap malam varian serai tidak diproduksi lagi. Dengan perhitungan didapatkan hasil keuntungan maksimalnya yang akan didapatkan oleh UD. Vista Florist yaitu Rp6.963.182.

The Simplex method is a mathematical method in Linear Programming (LP) problems. The purpose of the Simplex Method is to find an optimal value. UD.Vista Florist is a business engaged in flower processing, namely tuberose herbal syrup, rose herbal syrup, jasmine herbal syrup, tuberose flower tea, rose flower tea, jasmine flower tea and tuberose flower chips of lemongrass variant. To solve this problem, a mathematical model is used, namely the Fuzzy Linear Program (PLF). The purpose of this PLF is to determine how many times the company produces its product to achieve maximum profit. The steps to solving this problem are by bringing the PLF problem into PL using the Mehar Method and solving PL problems using the Simplex Method. The results obtained using the Simplex Method produced an optimal solution, namely the production of tuberose flower herbal syrup which is 6,349 times, the production of jasmine flower which is 2,688 times, the production of tuberose flower tea which is 4,727 times, and for rose herbal syrup, rose flower tea, jasmine flower tea and tuberose flower chips of the lemongrass variant are no longer produced. By calculating, the maximum profit will be obtained by UD. Vista Florist which is IDR 6.963.182.
