Abstract
ABSTRAK
Indonesian Qualification Framework yang diimplementasikan dalam KKNI oleh dirjen pendidikan tinggi menjadi acuan baru dalam pengembangan pendidikan tinggi Indonesia. Pendidikan Agama Islam termasuk dalam mata kuliah pengembangan kepribadian (MPK) yang menjadi sarana untuk mencapai kualifikasi afektif dalam KKNI. Proses pembelajaran PAI perlu dikendalikan dalam sistem penjaminan mutu supaya tujuan learning outcomes dapat tercapai. Standarisasi pengendalian proses ini salah satunya dilakukan dengan merancang RPKPS yaitu Rencana Program Kegiatan Pembelajaran Semester. RPKPS disini bermanfaat untuk memberikan acuan bagi dosen dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar di kelas, sehingga diharapkan seluruh proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan standard dan mampu mencapai kompetensi yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui rumusan dan rancagan RPKPS PAI di FTP UB dan mengetahui rumusan kualifikasi afektif pada learning outcomes sesuai KKNI. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual atau kelompok. Kehadiran peneliti adalah sebagai seorang pengamat secara penuh. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kemudian pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Dari hasil analisis temuan bahwa rumusan mata kuliah pendidikan agama islam di FTP-UB telah dituangkan secara lengkap pada RPKPS mata kuliah pendidikan agama islam, termasuk SAP dan GBPP. Pada periode yang telah berjalan, acuan penyusunan kurikulum agama islam adalah peraturan pemerintah nomor :43/DIKTI/Kep/2006 tentang mata kuliah pengembangan kepribadian (MPK). Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian materi pengajaran agama islam di FTP UB adalah 61,71%. Rumusan learning outcomes pada program studi Keteknikan Pertanian FTP UB telah ditetapkan oleh asosiasi profesi yaitu Perhimpunan Keteknikan Pertanian Indonesia (PERTETA) dengan kualifikasi afektif mengacu pada deskripsi umum KKNI. Materi pendidikan agama islam sebagai bagian kurikulum terutama dalam membangun pencapaian kualifikasi afektif juga diselaraskan dengan acuan standart baru yaitu KKNI. Pengembangan RPKPS di jurusan keteknikan pertanian UB telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip antara lain; kompetensi, fleksibel, bersifat menyeluruh, koordinatif. Sedangkan langkah-langkah dalam pengembangan RPKPS antara lain; melakukan analisis SWOT dan tracer study, menuliskan silabus dan pokok bahasan, membuat RPKPS secara lengkap. Di lihat dari prinsip-prinsip dan langkah-langkah pengembangan RPKPS di keteknikan pertanian FTP-UB, sesuai dan mengacu pada salah satu model “DSI-PK” atau model Desain Sistem Instruksional Berorientasi Pencapaian Kompetensi.
ABSTRACT
Indonesian qualification framework which is implemented in KKNI by the director general of higher education becomes the new benchmark in the development of higher education in Indonesia. Islamic education as included in the personality development courses is a part of course to achieve the affective qualification of KKNI. Course of islamic education process needs to be controlled in a quality assurance system in order to achieve the learning outcomes. Standardization for learning process control is done by designing detailed course outline (RPKPS). RPKPS is developed at the higher education level to help lecturers in implementing the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Furthermore, a whole learning process is expected in accordance with the quality assurance standards and it is able to achieve the desired competencies. This study aimed to know RPKPS formulation and design of islamic education in FTP UB and to know affective qualification in the learning outcomes of KKNI. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative approach aimed to describe and analyze a phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, perceptions, and thinking people individually or in groups. The presence of researcher as a dominant observer is a must. The data were collected by using; an observation method, documentation and interviews. Furthermore, the data validity was checks using triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. The result shows that the designing of Islamic education course in FTP-UB has been detailed explain on it RPKPS, including SAP and GBPP. In the period that has been running, the reference of Islamic course curriculum is government regulation number: 43/DIKTI/Kep/2006 about personality development courses (MPK). It is concluded that the level of compliance of Islamic teaching materials in FTP UB is 61.71%. The learning outcomes of Agricultural Engineering study program at FTP UB has been established by professional associations i.e. the Association of Indonesian Agricultural Engineering (PERTETA) with affective qualification refers to the general description of KKNI. Islamic education course materials as part of the curriculum, especially in developing affective qualification attainment is aligned with the new standard reference i.e. KKNI. RPKPS development at UB majoring in agricultural engineering have been compliance with principles such as; competence, flexible, holistic, and coordinated. In addition, the steps of the RPKPS development were perform SWOT analysis, conduct tracer studies, write the syllabus and main subjects, and making RPKPS completely. In a view of the principles and steps of RPKPS development that have been done in agricultural engineering FTP-UB was in accordance and meet with a model of instructional systems design oriented to competencies achievement ("DSI-PK").
