Abstract
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan game saat ini tidaklah berfokus pada sisi hiburan saja, politik, sejarah, pendidikan dapat dimasukkan pada konten game tersebut, sejarah kemerdekaan Indonesia dapat direka ulang dalam sebuah konten game, salah satunya pada game bergenre First Person Shooter (FPS).
Game “Patriotism Young” merupakan game pembelajaran bergenre first person shooter (FPS) dengan sudut pandang orang pertama sebagai tokoh utama. Game ini akan menceritakan peperangnan rakyat Indonesia dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan dari penjajah yang berlokasi di Ambarawa. Player akan berperan sebagai pahlawan Indonesia yang berperang melawan para penjajah. Non Playeable Character (NPC) pada game ini akan dikendalikan menggunakan Artifical Intelligence (AI), yaitu dengan menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy State Machine (Fusm), AI ini akan mengatur tindakan NPC, seperti mendekat, mudur, menembak, bepatroli, dan mengambil item dengan sendirinya. Algortima fuzzy state machine adalah gabungan dua metode yaitu Finte State Machine dan logika fuzzy, dengan menggunakan Fuzzy State Machine NPC dapat merespon tindakan dari pemain.
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, Game development is not only focused on the entertainment side. Politics, history, and education can be inserted on the content of the game; for instance, the history of the Indonesia independence. It can be re-created as content in a game; one of the games is First Person Shooter (FPS).
"Pathriotism Young" Game is a learning game in genre of first person shooter (FPS) with a first person perspective as the main character. This game will tell Indonesian struggle to uphold the independence from the invaders located diAmbarawa. Player will play the role of Indonesian heroes who fought against the invaders. Non Playeable Character (NPC) in this game will be controlled using the Artifical Intelligence (AI), using algorithms Fuzzy State Machine (Fusm), AI will govern the actions of the NPC, such as approaching, back warding, shooting, patrolling, and picking up the item by itself , Fuzzy algorithm state machine is a combination of the two methods, they are Finte State Machine and fuzzy logic. Using Fuzzy State Machine, NPC can respond to the action of the player.
