Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah tidak maksimal dan sangat kurang sekali sehingga banyak kekurangan pula yang dihadapi dalam pembinaan professional guru, khususnya di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang.
Atas dasar itu, penelitian ini difokuskan Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam Membina Profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan dau Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan usaha kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam membina profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. (2) Mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam membina profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis rancangan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul yang mana setelah data dikumpulkan, lalu pengkodean dan kemudian diolah dan disajikan serta dibahas kemudian disimpulkan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) usaha yang dilakukan kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam membina profesionalisme Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang, sebagai berikut: a) membina profesi mengajar, b) membantu dalam pengelolaan kelas, c) pembinaan sikap personal dan profesional guru, d) pengembangan kualitas profesional guru. (2) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam membina profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Kalisongo 03 Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang: dapat diklasifikasikan dalam dua bentuk faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. a) Faktor Internal, faktor internal itu meliputi: (1) Kesiapan mental dan (2) Kurangnya koordinasi. b) Faktor Eksternal yang meliputi: (1) Waktu dan (2) Dana.
ABSTRACT
The implementation supervision conducted by the principal was not optimal and very less time so many flaws also encountered in the professional development of teachers, especially at Elementary School of Kalisongo 03 at Dau of Malang.
On that basis, this study focused the supervising principal of the head of the school in fostering the professionalism of Islamic education teachers at Elementary School of Kalisongo 03 at Dau of Malang. This study aims to (1) Describe the efforts of the head of the school as a supervisor in fostering the professionalism of Islamic education teachers at Elementary School of Kalisongo
03 at Dau of Malang. (2) Describe the affect of the factors were done by the head of the school in fostering the professionalism of Islamic education teachers at Elementary School of Kalisongo 03 at Dau of Malang.
This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study design. Methods of data collection in this study is done using by using three methods, namely, interview, observation and documentation. Data collected after which the data is collected, then the encoding and then processed and presented and discussed later concluded.
The results showed that (1) the efforts of the head of the school as a supervisor in fostering the professionalism of Islamic education teachers at Elementary School of Kalisongo 03 at Dau of Malang, as follows: a) the fostering of Teaching Profession, b) Assisting in Classroom Management, c) Development of Attitude Personal and Professional Teacher, d) Quality Teacher Professional Development. (2) the affect of the factors were done by the head of the school in fostering the professionalism of Islamic education teachers at Elementary School of Kalisongo 03 at Dau of Malang: can be classified in two form factors: internal factors and external factors. a) internal factors, that include: (1) mental readiness and (2) lack of coordination. b) external factors which include: (1) time and (2) funds.
