Abstract

INDONESIA:

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat selain memberi pengaruh positif juga memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap pola pikir dan tingkah laku siswa. Akibatnya sering dijumpai siswa yang berperilaku yang kurang terpuji, terjerumus dalam pergaulan yang salah, pacaran di luar batas yang mengakibatkan hamil pranikah, aborsi, prostitusi terselubung, HIV/AIDS dan penyalahgunaan obat-obatan terlarang, dll. Untuk mengatasi hal-hal tersebut, maka diperlukan internalisasi karakter religius pada siswa oleh sekolah sebagai solusi dan membekali siswa agar bermoral dan berperilaku sesuai dengan aturan dan ajaran agama. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter religius yang dikembangkan oleh MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan, mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam internalisasi karakter religius siswa di MTs Nurush Sholihin serta mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses internalisasi karakter religius siswa di MTs Nurush Sholihin. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan, menuturkan dan melukiskan data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kata-kata atau kalimat yang dipisah-pisah menurut kategori data penelitian guna mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan tentang internalisasi karakter religius siswa di MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan adalah nilai-nilai karakter religius yang dikembangkan di MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan yaitu nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keadilan, kedisiplinan, kepedulian, kesopanan, patriotisme dan nasionalisme. Upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam internalisasi karakter religius siswa yaitu dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan berbagai macam program rutinan dan ekstrakurikuler serta secara tidak langsung dengan melalui pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Faktor pendukung internalisasi karakter religius siswa adalah sebagian besar siswa MTs Nurush Sholihin dari lulusan MI dan mereka juga mengaji di masjid atau mushola di daerah mereka serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana keagamaan seperti masjid, adanya sinergitas semua warga madrasah dalam mendukung internalisasi karakter religius, melengkapi koleksi buku keagamaan di perpustakaan dan sebagainya. Sedangkan factor penghambatnya adalah input siswa dari lulusan dari SD dan minimnya pemahaman agama dari orang tua mereka, belum ikut sertanya semua guru dalam mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, kurangnya figure teladan dan figure yang ditakuti siswa saat di rumah, serta semakin buruknya pergaulan di luar madrasah. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan internalisasi karakter religius siswa di MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik. Faktor yang mendukungnya dapat dijadikan sebagai motivator untuk mengatasi penghambat internalisasi karakter religius tersebut, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam memperbaiki dan mengembangkan internalisasi karakter religius siswa agar menjadi semakin baik dan maksimal.

ENGLISH:

The development of information technology is increasing rapidly. It gives either positive or negative effect to students' mindset and behavior. Nowadays, students can easily access variety of data and information from all over the world, it may be positive information that can improve their behavior and thinking patterns, or negative information that will damage their morale. Consequently, it is often found students who behave less commendable, lapsed into a wrong social intercourse, uncontrolled courting that resulted premarital pregnancy, abortion, veiled prostitution, HIV/AIDS and illegal drugs abuse. Thus, to overcome undesirable things, then it is needed to internalize of students' religious characters by the school as a solution and equipping students to have good morals and behavior as the religion rules and tenets. Meanwhile, the purposes of this study were; to describe the religious character values developed by MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan, to describe the efforts of teacher/madrasa in the internalization of religious characters in overcoming the negative impact of opposite sex students' social intercourse in MTs Nurush Sholihin and to describe the factors that support or hinder the process of internalization of students' religious characters in MTs Nurush Sholihin. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, in conducting data collection, researchers used observation, interview and documentation method by using descriptive analysis to describe, express and show the data which is obtained using words or phrases separated by each category in order to find the conclusion.

The results of research about the internalization of students' religious characters in MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan are; a) the religious character values developed in MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan are the values of honesty, responsibility, fairness, caring, civility, discipline, as well as patriotism and nationalism. Besides, efforts made by teachers in the internalization the religious character in overcoming the impact of opposite sex students' social intercourse that is implemented directly through a wide range continuous programs and extracurricular programs indirectly as well as through learning process in the classroom. Internalization of students' religious characters in MTs Nurush Sholihin include several stages such as awarding of knowledge, understanding, conditioning, and trans-internalization. Meanwhile, the methods which are used in this process are the method of supervision, advice, penalties and model. Furthermore, factors that support the internalization of students' religious characters are; most students in MTs Nurush Sholihin graduated from of MI and they are also learning about Al-Qur’an in the mosque in their area that provides religious facilities and infrastructure as well as mosques, the existence of synergy among all citizens of the madrasa in favor of internalization of religious character, complementing the collection of religious books at the library and so on. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the process are; the input of students who graduated from elementary schools and the lack of religious knowledge from their parents, not all teachers join in the school religious programs, the lack of an exemplary figure and the dreaded figure while students at home, as well as the worst of students' social intercourse outside the madrassa. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of internalization of students' religious characters in MTs Nurush Sholihin Tamanarum Magetan categorized as good. As for the factors that support the processes can be used as motivators to overcome the opposite factors, while factors that hinder the processes can be used as evaluation in improving and developing the internalization of students' religious characters expected getting better and maximum in the future.
