Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam Kurikulum 2013 terdapat Kompetensi Inti (KI) tentang tingkat kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik pada setiap kelas yang mencakup beberapa aspek, diantaranya sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Beberapa aspek tersebut merupakan implementasi dari penerapan soft skills dan hard skills. Spiritual sendiri berasal dari kata spirit yang berarti murni, apabila manusia berjiwa jernih maka dia akan menemukan potensi dirinya sekaligus menemukan siapa Tuhannya, artinya dengan sikap spiritual peserta didik akan memiliki moral atau etika yang baik dalam kehidupannya. Sikap spiritual ini sangat penting untuk ditanamkan dan ditumbuhkan kepada peserta didik apalagi oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, karena dengan menanamkan sikap spiritual, kehidupan agama seorang anak akan menjadi lebih terarah dan siswa bisa menjadikannya pedoman dalam kehidupannya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual, (2) mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual, (3) Solusi untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat strategi guru PAI.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data yang tidak relevan, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual di SMP Negeri 1 Kesamben adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Terintegrasi dengan mapel, yang meliputi: a) membudayakan 5S (Salam, Senyum, Sapa, Sopan, Santun) b) doa sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran c) membaca Al-Qur’an 20 menit sebelum pelajaran d) praktik Agama Islam, dan e) keteladanan guru. 2) Instrumental atau insidental (melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler) meliputi: a) Shalat berjamaah, b) baca tulis Al-Qur’an, c) infaq atau sodaqoh, d) kegiatan PHBI, e) menanamkan kedisiplinan. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual adalah: 1) faktor pendukung yang meiluti: a) SDM guru-guru di SMP Negeri 1 Kesamben, b) kebijakan kepala sekolah, c) bantuan OSIS, d) menjalin kerjasama dengan Madrasah Diniyah, e) lingkungan yang kondusif, f) bekerjasama dengan wali murid. 2) faktor penghambat yang meliputi: a) lingkungan keluarga, b) lingkungan masyarakat, c) psikologis siswa, dan d) teknologi Informasi.
ENGLISH:
In Curriculum 2013, there were Core Competences (KI) on the level of ability the students have to possess in each class that covers several aspects, including spiritual attitude, social attitude, knowledge and skills. Some aspects constitude the implementation of soft skills and hard skills application. Spiritual is derived from the word spirit which means pure. When a man has pure soul, he will find his own potential and find who his God is. On the other word, by having spiritual attitude, the students will have good moral and ethic in their life. This spiritual attitude is very important to be implanted and grown towards students especially by teachers of Islamic education since by instilling spiritual attitude, religious life of the students will be more focused and those can make it as guidance in life.
The purposes of this study were to: (1) know how the strategy of Islamic Education teachers apply the values of spiritual attitude in Curriculum 2013 towards the students of State Junior High School 1 Kesamben, Blitar, (2) know what factors support and inhibite the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in applying the values of spiritual attitude towards the students of State Junior High School 1 Kesamben, Blitar.
To achieve the objectives above, the approach used is descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing irrelevant data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.
Based on the results of this research, the strategy of PAI (Islamic Education) teachers in applying the values of spiritual attitude towards the students of State Junior High School 1 Keamben, Blitar are as follows: 1) Integrated with maple, which include: a) cultivate 5 S (Salam, Smile, Greeting, Polite, Courtesy) b ) prayers before and after the lesson c) reading the Qur'an 20 minutes before the lesson d) Islam practice, and e) exemplary of teachers. 2) Instrumental or incidental (through extracurricular activities) include: a) praying together (Sholat), b) reading and writing Qur'an verses, c) infaq or sodaqoh, d) PHBI activity, e) installing discipline. While the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of PAI teachers’ spiritual attitude values were: 1) the supporting factors involved: a) HR of teachers in State Junior High School 1, Kesamben, b) the principal's policy, c) help of OSIS, d) establishing cooperation with Islamic Junior High, e) a conducive environment, f) in collaboration with parents. 2) Inhibiting factors involved: a) family environment, b) communities, c) the psichology of students, and d) Information technology.
