Abstract
ABSTRAK
Supervisi akademik adalah serangkaian kegiatan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuannya mengelola proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Beberapa Madrasah Aliyah di Kec. Poncokusumo Kab. Malang mempunyai orientasi lulusan yang berkualitas. Salah satu upayanya adalah pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala madrasah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan iklim organisasi madrasah terhadap kinerja inovatif guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan berjenis korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran angket kepada responden. Teknik analis data meliputi uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linieritas, serta analisis regresi. Respondennya adalah para guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang.
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Supervisi akademik kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovatif guru dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,389 dan besar pengaruhnya ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 45,966. Iklim organisasi madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovatif guru. Nilai korelasi antara iklim organisasi madrasah dengan kinerja inovatif guru sebesar 0,603 dan pengaruh iklim organisasi madrasah terhadap kinerja inovatif guru ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 33,633. Supervisi akademik kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif pula terhadap iklim organisasi madrasah. Nilai korelasi antara supervisi akademik madrasah terhadap iklim organisasi madrasah sebesar 0,269 dan besar korelasi supervisi akademik kepala madrasah terhadap iklim organisasi madrasah ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 54,224. Secara bersama-sama supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan iklim organisasi madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovatif guru dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,228 dan pengaruhnya ditunjukkan oleh angka sebesar 0,597 yang berarti bahwa kinerja inovatif guru ditentukan oleh supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan iklim organisasi madrasah sebesar 13,585.
ABSTRACT
Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process to achieve the learning objectives. Some Madrasah Aliyah in the district. Poncokusumo Kab. Orientation has a poor quality graduates. One of its efforts is the implementation of academic supervision by the principal.
This study aimed to clarify the effect of principal academic supervision and organizational climate on the performance of innovative madrassa teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Poncokusumo Malang. This study used a quantitative approach and correlational manifold. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents techniques.
Engineering test data analyst includes requirements analysis, the normality test and linearity test, and regression analysis. Respondents are teachers Poncokusumo Madrasah Aliyah in Malang Regency.
The findings showed that; Supervision academic principal positive effect on the innovative performance of teachers with correlation value of 0.389 and a big influence indicated by the coefficient determinant of 45.966. Organizational climate madrasah positive effect on the innovative performance of teachers. Value of the correlation between organizational climate madrassa teachers with innovative performance of 0.603 and the influence of organizational climate on the performance of innovative madrassa teacher indicated by the value of the coefficient determinant of 33.633. Academic supervision principal also has a positive effect on organizational climate madrasah. Value of the correlation between academic supervision of organizational climate madrasa madrasah correlation of 0.269 and a great principal academic supervision of organizational climate madrasah indicated by the coefficient determinant of 54.224. Together the principal academic supervision and organizational climate madrasah positive effect on the innovative performance of teachers with correlation value of 0.228 and the effect is shown by the figure of 0.597 which means that the innovative performance of teachers is determined by the principal academic supervision and organizational climate of 13.585 madrasah.
