Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penerimaan tenaga pengajar pada proses penyeleksian sering mengalami kesulitan karena banyak sekali pendaftar yang melamar penerimaan tenaga pengajar dengan cara profil pelamar dan kriteria yang terdefinisi kurang baik serta sering kali terjadi kecurangan dalam penyeleksian penerimaan tenaga pengajar. Untuk meminimumkan keadaan tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menganalisa beberapa calon tenaga pengajar.
Dalam penyeleksian penerimaan tenaga pengajar di MA Darul Huda Ponorogo. Terdapat beberapa ketentuan yang menjadi penilaian. Penilaian ini didasarkan lima tes kriteria yaitu: Tes akademis umum, tes akademis khusus, tes pengetahuan, tes microteaching, tes wawancara. Demi efisiensi dan efektifitas tim panitia penerimaan tenaga pengajar baru dalam menemtukan penerimaan tenaga pengajar maka sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan.
Dari hasil implementasi sistem, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan software ini dapat membantu proses pendukung keputusan untuk proses penerimaan tenaga pengajar pada MA Darul Huda Ponorogo menggunakan metode Analytical hierarchy process.
ABSTRACT
Acceptance of teachers in the selection process is often difficult because a lot of applicants who apply for admission of teachers by the applicant profile and less well-defined criteria and fraud. In selection of faculty acceptance for minimize the situation required a decision support system that can analyze prospective teachers.
In the selection of teachers receipt at MA Darul Huda Ponorogo. There are several provisions of the judgment. This assessment is based on five criteria, namely: general academic tests, special academic tests, knowledge tests, test microteaching, and test interview. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of a team of new faculty admissions committee in determining the acceptance of teachers, then the appropriate decision support system is needed.
From the results of system implementation, it was concluded that the use of this software can help the process of decision support for faculty recruitment process at MA Darul Huda Ponorogo with Analytical Hierarchy Process method.
