Abstract
INDONESIA:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) berpengaruh terhadap kadar Superoksida dismutase (SOD) dan Malondialdehide (MDA) mammae mencit (Mus musculus) betina yang diinduksi 7,12- Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA) secara in vivo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian adalah K- (kontrol negatif) mencit (Mus musculus) betina diberi pelarut ekstrak daun sirsak (Na CMC) dan pelarut DMBA (minyak jagung), K+ (kontrol positif) mencit (Mus musculus) betina diberi pelarut ekstrak (Na CMC) dan 7,12-Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA), (P1) kelompok mencit yang diberi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dosis I (100 mg/kg BB), (P2) kelompok mencit yang diberi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak dosis II (150 mg/kg BB), (P3) kelompok mencit yang diberi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak dosis III (200 mg/kg BB), dan (P4) kelompok mencit yang diberi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak dosis IV (250 mg/kg BB). Parameter yang diamati pada perlakuan di atas adalah kadar Superoksida dismutase (SOD) dan kadar Malondialdehide (MDA) mammae mencit (Mus musculus) betina. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA One Way. Apabila analisis menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan 1%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) berpengaruh terhadap kadar Superoksida dismutase (SOD) dan Malondialdehide (MDA) mammae mencit (Mus musculus) betina yang diinduksi 7,12- Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA) secara in vivo. Dosis yang paling efektif terdapat pada perlakuan P3 yaitu dosis III sebesar 200 mg/kg BB.
ENGLISH:
The purpose of this study was to determine whether administration of ethanol extract of leaves of soursop (Annona muricata L.) affects the levels of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) mammary mice (Mus musculus) females induced 7.12-Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA) in vivo.
This research is an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment in the study were K-(negative control) mice females given solvent extract of soursop leaves (Na CMC) and solvent DMBA (corn oil), K + (positive control) mice females given solvent extract (Na CMC ) and 7,12-Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA), (P1) group of mice given ethanol extract of leaves of soursop I dose (100 mg/kg), (P2) group of mice given the extract soursop leaf ethanol II dose (150 mg/kg), (P3) group of mice given ethanol extract of soursop leaves the third dose (200 mg/kg), and (P4) group of mice given ethanol extract of soursop leaf IV dose (250 mg/kg). Parameters were observed in the above treatment is superoxide dismutase levels (SOD) and the levels of Malondialdehyde (MDA) mammary mice (Mus musculus) females. Data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA. If the analysis shows a significant influence, then followed by Duncan's test 1%.
The results showed that the ethanol extract of leaves of soursop (Annona muricata L.) affects the levels of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) mammary mice (Mus musculus) females induced 7.12-Dimetilbenz (α) Antrasen (DMBA) in in vivo. The most effective dose found in the P3 treatment III dose of 200 mg/kg BB.
