Abstract

INDONESIA:

Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly sebagai suatu sistem pendidikan pesantren yang tumbuh dan berkembang di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, dijadikan metode atau cara yang digunakan sebagai upaya merealisasikan visi dan misi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang khususnya mencetak sarjana yang intelek profesional ulama’ dan ulama’ intelek yang profesional yang memiliki kedalaman spiritual, kekokohan aqidah, keluasan ilmu pengetahuan dan kematangan profesional.

Shalat merupakan tiang agama, seseorang yang mendirikan shalat berarti telah membangun pondasi agama, sebaliknya seseorang yang meninggalkan shalat berarti meruntuhkan bangunan agama. Dan apabila shalat dilakukan secara berjamaah, maka shalat dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana menghilangkan perpecahan antar sesama dan menumbuhkan persaudaraan

Peneliti dilapangan menemukan bahwa shalat berjamaah di Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly menjadi kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh mahasantri selama tinggal di Ma’had. Untuk menerapkan peraturan yang telah menjadi kewajiban tersebut tentu banyak problematika yang dihadapinya.

Dalam hal ini penulis ingin mengetahui ma’had dalam mendisiplinkan shalat berjamaah mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang dima’had disebut sebagai mahasantri. Untuk mengungkap hal tersebut peneliti merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut. (1) Bagaimana upaya ma’had sunan ampel al-aly dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan shalat berjamaah mahasantri? (2) Apa saja problematika ma’had sunan ampel al-aly dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan shalat berjamaah.

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang tehnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisa datanya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh ma’had dalam mendisiplinkan shalat berjamaah mahasantri diantaranya; satu sosialisasi kepada seluruh mahsantri tentang keutamaan shalat berjamaah serta nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam shalat berjamaah dan hikmah-hikmahnya. Dua memotivasi dan mengkondisikan mahasantri dalam setiap pelaksanaan shalat berjamaah Tiga pemberian sangsi kepada mahasantri yang tidak melaksanakan shalat berjamaah. Problematika yang dihadapi dalam mendisiplinkan shalat berjamaah ada dua faktor yang pertama faktor personal yaitu faktor yang ada pada mahasantri. Kedua faktor eksternal yakni faktor kepentingan kegiatan organisasi dalam kampus dan luar kampus yang juga berbenturan dengan kepentingan
ma’had.

Ma'had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, as a boarding school education system that grows and develops in UIN Malang Maulana Malik Ibrahim, uses such a method in an attempt to realize the vision and mission of Maulana Malik Ibrahim UIN Malang in creating intellectual graduates, scholars and intellectual and professional scholars who have spiritual depth, robustness of aqidah, breadth of knowledge and professional maturity.

Prayer is the pillar of religion. Someone who has performed prayers perfectly means that he has built the foundation of religion. On the other hand, someone who leaves the prayers means that he has demolished religious buildings. Moreover, if the prayers are performed in congregation, it will eliminate the gap between the prayers and foster the brotherhood among them.

The researcher found that it is a must for students at the Al-Sunan Ampel Ma'had Aly to perform congregational prayers during their stay in Ma'had. There are bunches of problems to apply the rules.

In this case the writer wants to know what the boarding school has done in disciplining the students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. To reveal the points, the researcher formulates the problem as follows. (1) What does ma'had ampel Sunan al-aly do in improving the discipline of the students to perform congregational prayers? (2) What problems does ma'had ampel Sunan al-aly face in improving the discipline of the students to perform congregational prayers?

This research is a qualitative research which uses observation, interviews and documentation to collect the data. For analyzing the data, the researcher uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.

From the results of research which was conducted by the writer, it is concluded that there are a lot of efforts made by the boarding school in disciplining the students to perform congregational prayers; the first is socializing the importance and values of congregational prayers to all of the students. Secondly, they ask murabbi and mushrif to motivate and support the students to perform congregational prayers. The third is giving punishments to the student who doesn’t perform congregational prayers. There are three problems to face in disciplining them to do so; The first is the personal factors that exist in the students themselves. The second is internal factor that is from the university itself. It is related to the lecture timetables which clash the praying time. The third is the external factor. It is about the students’ activities in the organization inside and outside the university which also clash the interests of the boarding school.
