Abstract
ABSTRAK
Visualisasi penentuan posisi awal bulan pada awal bulan qamariyah diperlukan untuk membantu menggambarkan posisi bulan jika saat rukyat langit dalam keadaan mendung, sehingga bulan tidak tampak dilangit karena tertutup awan. Metode Ephemeris merupakan metode yang digunakan oleh Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia dalam menentukan awal bulan Qamariyah berdasarkan software winhisab, untuk menghitung awal bulan qamariyah harus menghitung secara semi-manual yaitu menggunakan rumus yang dikeluarkan Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia dan meggunakan data ephemeris matahari dan data epehemeris bulan yang dihitung dengan winhisab.
Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun software yang dapat melakukan perhitungan secara keseluruhan sistem serta dapat memvisualisasikan posisi bulan sesuai hasil perhitungan. Algoritma Astronomi karya Jean Meuus atau dikenal dengan Algoritma Meuus dapat digunakan untuk membantu perhitungan data-data ephemeris bulan dan matahari .
Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, dapat diketahui bahwa software layak guna untuk dapat membantu dalam perhitungan awal bulan qamariyah serta memvisualisasikan posisi bulan sesuai hasil perhitungan karena telah dilakukan validasi dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan dengan winhisab dan dengan software hasil penelitian memiliki toleransi 81% persen dengan toleransi maksimal 0,5.
ABSTRACT
Visualization of the position at the beginning of the early months qamaiyah needed to help illustrate the position if the current month in the cloudy sky Rukyat state, so the moon is not visible in the sky as the clouds closed. Ephemeris method is a method used by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in determining the beginning of the month Qamariyah winhisab based software, to calculate the beginning of the month qamariyah be semi-manually calculate using the formula issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and solar ephemeris data reception and data epehemeris months calculated by winhisab.
To overcome this problem needs to be built software that can perform calculation of the overall system and can visualize the position of the moon in accordance with the results of the calculation. Astronomical Algorithms by Jean Meuus Meuus or known by the algorithm can be used to aid the calculation of the moon and sun ephemeris data.
Based on trial results, it is known that the right software to be able to assist in the early months qamariyah calculations and visualize the position of the moon according to the results of the calculation because it has been validated by comparing the results of calculations with winhisab software and research results has a tolerance of 81% percent with a tolerance, Maximum 0 5.
