Visualisasi 3D Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

ABSTRAK

Pengunjung kampus UIN, khususnya gedung saintek yang masih awam dengan lokasi, seringkali mengalami masalah dalam mencari suatu ruangan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam mengenalkan lokasi ruangan.

Adapun sistem kerjanya misalkan ketika user memilih ruangan lab TI, maka visualisasi akan langsung menunjukkan tempat tempat ruangan lab tersebut berada. Demikian juga dengan ruangan-ruangan lain yang ada di gedung saintek.

Model gedung saintek dibuat dari denah yang telah didapatkan sebelumnya, kemudian dengan menggunakan Google Sketchup dibuat model tiap-tiap lantai. Model yang telah jadi lalu diubah menjadi file DirectX yaitu .x, dan proses peng-coding-an dilakukan dalam C++ menggunakan API dari Irrlicht.

ABSTRACT

UIN campus visitors, especially saintek building that still not familiar with the location, often have problems to finding a room. Therefore needed a system that can assist in introducing the location of the room.

The system works like this example, when the user select the IT lab room, the visualization will instantly show you where the room where the lab is located. Similarly with the other rooms in the saintek building.

Model of saintek building made from floor plans that have been obtained previously, then using Google Sketchup to make models of each floor. The model then converted into a file DirectX also known as .X file, and coding in C + + using the API of Irrlicht.
