Abstract
INDONESIA:
Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter pada masyarakat. menanamkan atau membina nilai-nilai karakter tanggung jawab lembaga pendidikan dan guru khususnya, yang juga menyangkut peran sosialnya di masyarakat. Maka, guru harus bisa bergaul dengan masyarakat dan memberikan keteladanan untuk masyarakatnya.
Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menanamkan Nilai-nilai Karakter pada Masyarakat ( Studi Kasus di Desa Liprak Kulon Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo ). Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini secara khusus adalah: 1) Menganalisis kondisi karakter (akhlak) masyarakat di Desa Liprak Kulon kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo, 2) Menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada masyarakat di Desa Liprak Kulon kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus tunggal (single case study). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan siklus yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verivikasi. Teknik Pengecekan Keabsahan data melalui: pembahasan dengan teman sejawat, memperpanjang kehadiran peneliti di lapangan, kecukupan referensi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menanamkan Nilai-nilai Karakter pada Masyarakat ( Studi Kasus di Desa Liprak Kulon Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo ) adalah: 1) Kondisi karakter (akhlak) masyarakat di Desa Liprak Kulon kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo, a) menghormati yang lebih tua, b) saling bertegur sapa, dan c) saling tolong menolong . 2) Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada masyarakat di Desa Liprak Kulon kecamatan Banyuanyar Kab Probolinggo. a) guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai pendidik, b) guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai model/contoh c) guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai motivator,dan d) guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai tempat sharing (problem solver).
ENGLISH:
Teacher of Islamic education is one of the important components in building characters values in society. Fostering character values is the responsibility of educational institutions and teachers in particular, which also involves social role in society. Then, the teacher should be able to get along with people and provide role models for society.
This study analyzes the role of Islamic Education Teachers in embedding Characters to the society (A Case Study in the village of Liprak Kulon, Banyuanyar, Probolinggo). The objectives to be achieved in this study specifically are: 1) Analyzing the condition of the character (moral) of the people in the village of Liprak Kulon, Banyuanyar, Probolinggo, 2) Analyzing the role of teachers of Islamic education in embedding the character to the society in the village of Liprak Kulon Banyuanyar, Probolinggo.
This study used a qualitative approach, while the sort of the study is single case study. The data collection was accomplished by observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by using the cycle, which are: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. Data validity checking techniques through: discussion with colleagues, to extend the presence of researchers in the field, the adequacy of reference.
Pursuant to the results of the study, it can be seen that the role of Islamic Education Teachers in embedding the Character to the society (A Case Study in the village of Liprak Kulon, Banyuanyar, Probolinggo) are: 1) The condition of the character of the people in the village of Liprak Kulon, Banyuanyar, Probolinggo, a) respecting the elder, b) greeting one another, and c) helping one another. 2) The role of Islamic Education teachers in embedding the values of the characters to the society in the village of Liprak Kulon, Banyuanyar, Probolinggo. a) the teachers of Islamic education as an educator, b) the teachers of Islamic education as a model / example c) the teachers of Islamic education as a motivator, and d) the teachers of Islamic education as problem solver.
