Profil bayi dari ibu terkonfirmasi positif covid-19 di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar TAHUN 2021

Jumlah ibu terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 dan bayinya di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar Tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan lebih dari delapan kali lipat dari tahun 2020 menjadi 111 bayi. Banyak variabel yang dapat diamati pada ibu terkait Covid-19 dan bayinya. Penelitian deskriptif retrospektif yang menggunakan rancangan observasional ini, bertujuan mengetahui profil bayi dari ibu terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Kota Blitar Tahun 2021. 111 bayi pada tahun 2021 menjadi sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa profil ibu yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid- 19 lebih banyak pada kelompok usia 20-35 tahun (72,1%) dengan keparahan infeksi Covid-19 di tingkat ringan (83,8%). Sebanyak 82% ibu mengalami usia kehamilan cukup bulan dengan metode persalinan pervaginam sejumlah 58,6%. Bayi dari ibu terkonfirmasi Covid-19 paling banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan (54%) dan berat lahir 2500-4000 g sejumlah 74,3%. Skor APGAR bayi terbanyak dalam kategori baik (nilai 7-10) sebanyak 60,2% pada menit pertama dan 80,5% saat menit ke-5. Pemeriksaan tanda vital didapatkan mayoritas bersuhu normal (61,9%), laju napas normal (63,7%), 94,6% denyut nadi normal, dan 90,2% saturasi >88%. Hasil pemeriksaan darah didapatkan 63,1% kadar eritrosit normal, 99,1% leukositosis, 99,1% trombosit normal, dan hemoglobin 94,6% meningkat. I/T Ratio pada 95,5% bayi tidak menunjukkan sepsis. Sebanyak 100% bayi mau minum susu dengan 98,2% mendapat nutrisi ASI. Hasil RT-PCR didapatkan 98,2% bayi positif Covid-19 dengan 94,6 % lama rawat inap selama 7-14 hari. Lama rawat inap tergantung pada kondisi klinis bayi.

The number of mothers confirmed positive for Covid-19 and their babies at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City in 2021 has increased more than eight times from 2020 to 111 babies. Many variables can be observed in mothers related to Covid- 19 and their babies. This retrospective descriptive study using an observational design aims to determine the profile of babies from mothers confirmed positive for Covid-19 at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City in 2021. 111 babies in 2021 were sampled with the total sampling technique. Data were collected through medical records analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that the profile of mothers were confirmed positive for Covid-19 majority the age group of 20-35 years (72.1%) with the severity of Covid-19 infection at a mild level (83.8%). 82% of mothers experienced a normally gestational period with pervaginam method of 58.6%. Babies of confirmed Covid-19 mothers are mostly female (54%) and birth weight 2500-4000 g is 74.3%. The most APGAR scores in the good category (scores 7-10) were 60.2% in the first minute and 80.5% in the 5th minute. Vital signs were founded majority of normal temperatures (61.9%), normal respiratory rates (63.7%), 94.6% normal heart rate, and 90.2% oxygen’s saturation >88%. The results of blood test obtained 63.1% normal erythrocyte levels, 99.1% leukocytosis, 99.1% normal thrombocyte, and 94.6% increased hemoglobin. I/T Ratio in 95.5% of infants showed no sepsis. As many as 100% of babies want to drink milk with 98.2% getting breast milk nutrition. RT-PCR results obtained 98.2% confirmed covid-19 positive babies with 94.6% of hospitalized for 7-14 days. The duration of hospitalization depends on the clinical condition of the baby.
