Abstract
ABSTRAK
Dalam penelitian ini berhasil dibuat membran lipid berbasis sensor rasa yang terdiri dari Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sebagai matriks membran, Plasticizer, dan beberapa lipid sebagai bahan aktif membran. Sensor dibuat dalam bentuk array 8 sensor dengan mengkobinasikan beberapa lipid: Olead Acid (OA), Decyl Alcohol (DA), Dodecylamine (DDC), dan Trioctyl Methyl Ammonium Chloride (TOMA) dengan Plasticizer: Bis (2‐ethylhexyl) Phthalate dan Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP). Array sensor tersebut ditambahkan
dengan sensor pH digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi beberapa jenis minuman sari buah apel yang ada di kota malang yaitu: merk AS, merk FJ dan merk SP. Data hasil pengujian diolah menggunakan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) untuk dilakukan pengklasifikasian sampel berdasarkan merk.
Hasil pengklasifikasian menggunakan metode PCA menujukkan beda pola yang cukup baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil PC-1 sebesar 44,8%, PC-2=24% dan PC-3 19,6% atau komulatif ke-3 Proporsi Comulative (PC) pertama sebesar 88,4%
ABSTRACT
This research successfully produces a lipid membrane based on flavor sensor comprising Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as a membrane matrix, Plasticizer, and some membrane lipids as the active material of membrane. Sensor is made in the form of an array 8 by combining some lipids: Olead Acid (OA), Decyl Alcohol (DA), Dodecylamine (DDC), and Trioctyl Methyl Ammonium Chloride (TOMA) with Plasticizer: Bis (2‐ethylhexyl) Phthalate and Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP). The sensor array is added by using pH sensor employed to classify some kinds of apple extract beverage in Malang, for instance: brands of AS, FJ, and SP. Tested data of this research is processed by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to classify the sample based on the brand.
The classification result of PCA method delineates variative pattern that is considerably ideal. This is proven by the result of PC-1 44,8%,PC-2 = 24% and PC-3 19.6% or the third cumulative of the first Proportion Comulative (PC) at 88.4%.
