Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kabupaten Malang memiliki banyak potensi Sumber Daya Alam (SDM) yang masih belum optimalkan, khususnya Malang bagian selatan yang terletak di Dusun Bangkong Desa Gadjahrejo Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Malang. Besarnya keinginan akan pengadaan bahan mineral menyebabkan orang terus memperbaiki teknik penelitian guna menjangkau mineral-mineral ekonomis dibawah permukaan bumi. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena belum teridentifikasi potensi-potensi mineral yang ada secara maksimal, Sebagian besar mineral adalah suatu potensi alam yang sulit diperbarui, sehingga perlu adanya penemuan titik-titik potensial lain atau penemuan mineral baru guna mengganti sumber mineral yang dirasa akan segera habis. Salah satu potensi daerah tersebut adalah mineral Sulfida Pyrite yang di duga terdapat di atas gua bekas penambangan emas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui model struktur lapisan batuan dan sebaran tubuh batuan yang diduga mengandung mineral sulfida pyrite.
Pada penelitian ini, proses pemetaan mineral sulfida pyrite dilakukan dengan metode geolistrik resistivitas dua dimensi konfigurasi wenner menggunakan instrument utama Resistivity Meter MGG1260 Serial 9963 A. Pengolahan data resistivitas dilakukan dengan Software Res2dinv versi 3.46.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lapisan penyusun bawah permukaan lintasan F-F’ dan G-G’ pada hasil pemodelan pseudosection memperlihatkan persebaran yang hampir merata di lokasi penelitian. Pemodelan nilai resistivitas dengan menggunakan software Res2dinv pada kedua lintasan memperlihatkan adanya tiga kontras nilai resistivitas yang terlihat tegas yaitu zona overburden atau zona resistivitas lapisan penutup dan produk hasil pelapukan batuan dasar dari target penelitian, zona mineralisai dan zona resistivitas tinggi (high restivity). Adapun target penelitian berada pada zona mineralisaasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkuat dugaan mineral sulfida pyrite yang menyebar hampir merata pada penampang melintang yang berada dilintasan F-F’ dan G- G’ pada lokasi penelitian.
ABSTRACT
Malang has a lot of Natural Resources (HR) potential which is still not optimized yet, particularly the southern part of Malang located in Bangkong, Gadjahrejo, Gedangan Malang. The amount of desirability of mineral materials supplying cause people keep improving research techniques in order to reach the economic minerals under the earth surface. This is possible because it has not been identified the potentials of the existing mineral maximally. Majority of the mineral is a natural potential difficult to renew, so it is necessary for the discovery of other potential points or the discovery of new mineral resources in order to replace the minerals that are felt to be immediately discharged. One such area is the potential for sulfide mineral Pyrite which is presumably located above the cave of gold mining former. This study aims to find out the model structure of rock layers and the spread of rock body suspected to contain sulfide minerals pyrite.
In this study, the mapping process of sulfide minerals pyrite was conducted by using resistivity geoelectric method of a two -dimensional wenner configuration using main instrument of Resistivity Meter MGG 1260 Serial 9963 A. Resistivity data processing was performed with software Res2dinv 3.46 version.
The results showed constituent layers below the surface trajectory F-F' and G-G' on pseudosection modeling results showed spreads which is almost evenly in the research sites. Modeling resistivity values using software Res2dinv on both tracks showed three contrasting resistivity values which looked firm, namely zone overburden or resistivity zone of cover layer and products of bedrock weathering result from research target, mineralization zones and high resistivity zones. The research target is at mineralization zones. The results of this study can reinforce the notion of sulfide minerals pyrite which spreads almost evenly on the cross sections located on the track F-F' and G-G' at the study site
