Abstract
INDONESIA:
Secara umum, pembelajaran di sekolah sampai saat ini masih menunjukkan adanya dominasi guru. Peran siswa cenderung hanya mendengar dan mencatat. Siswa kurang bisa menyerap, mengatur, serta mengolah informasi yang ada. Proses pembelajaran masih jauh dari harapan dan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Proses pembelajaran yang dikembangkan belum disesuaikan dengan gaya belajar siswa. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, guru harus mampu menggunakan berbagai strategi yang sesuai. Siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar seperti auditori, visual, dan kinestetik akan mampu mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam belajar dan meningkatkan prestasinya menerapkan proses pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar siswa. Berpijak dari itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang dengan judul strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam menghadapi gaya belajar siswa.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan tentang gaya belajar siswa yang ada di SMP Islam Sabilurrrosyad Malang, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan tentang teknik/metode yang diterapkan guru sesuai gaya belajar siswa SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang, (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan tentang faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan strategi yang diterpakan guru di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan miles dan huberman dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang menggunakan triangulasi berdasarkan sumber dan metode.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) sebagian besar siswa SMP Islam Sabilurrrosyad Malang memiliki gaya belajar visual dan auditori, (2) Teknik/metode yang diterapkan guru PAI SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang yakni untuk gaya belajar visual menggunakan power point dan media buku paket yang ada, sedangkan untuk gaya belajar auditori menggunakan metode ceramah dan pemutaran rekaman dari kaset, (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan strategi yang diterpakan guru di SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang, faktor pendukung yaitu: dari diri siswa dan guru yang antusias dan semangat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: kurangnya sumber belajar dan media pembelajaran, keterbatasan kreativitas guru, serta sarana dan fasilitas yang terbatas.

In General, learning in school to date still showed a dominance of the teacher. The role of students tend to just listen and take notes. Students are less able to absorb, manage, and manipulate the information. The learning process is still far from the expectations and learning objectives that have been set. The learning process being developed have not been adapted to the learning styles of students. To overcome that problem, the teacher should be able to use a range of appropriate strategies. Students who have learning styles such as auditory, visual, and kinesthetic will be able to overcome the obstacles in learning and improving their progress implementing the learning process with the student's learning style. Starting from that of researchers conducting research in Islamic Junior High School of Sabilurrosyad the unfortunate title of Islamic religious education teachers strategies in the face of the student's learning style.
The goal in this research are: (1) to describe about learning styles of students in Islamic Junior High School of Sabilurrrosyad Malang, (2) to describe about techniques/methods applied appropriate teacher of Islamic Junior High School students learning style Islam Sabilurrosyad Poor, (3) to describe about the factor endowments and a barrier to implementation strategies that diterpakan Sabilurrosyad Islamic Junior High School teacher in Malang.
The methods used in this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. Datayang gathering techniques used method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used, miles and huberman with reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. An examination of the validity of data that uses triangulation based on sources and methods.
The results of this study indicate, (1) Islamic Junior High School students mostly Poor Sabilurrrosyad have visual and auditory learning style, (2) techniques/methods which applied Islamic Junior High School of religion teacher Sabilurrosyad Unfortunate visual learning style to use power point and media book of the existing package, while for auditory learning style uses a method of recording and playback of lecture tapes, (3) factor endowments and a barrier to implementation strategies that Islamic Junior High School teacher in diterpakan Sabilurrosyad Malang supporting factors, namely: of students and teachers are enthusiastic and morale in learning activities. While the penghambatnya factors, namely: the lack of learning resources and learning media, limitations of the creativity of teachers, as well as the means and facilities are limited.
