Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pelayanan administrasi akademik yaitu mempunyai tugas dan kewajiban masing-masing sehingga tidak ada tumpang tindih tupoksi seperti halnya kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab terhadap berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan baik, guru juga bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing. Pelayanan administrasi akademik, yang bertugas mengurus tentang semua hal yang berkaitan dengan akademik diantaranya materi pembelajaran, Sumber belajar, strategi dan metode pembelajaran, sistem evaluasi hasil belajar siswa.
Tujuan peneltian ini untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan pelayanan administrasi akademik di MTs Miftahul Huda Kromengan, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan mutu pendidikan di MTs Miftahul Huda Kromengan, (3) Untuk mengetahui upaya administrasi akademik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Miftahul Huda Kromengan.
Untuk mecapai tujuan di atas, digunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriftif yang diarahkan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan atau fenomena mengenai pelayanan administrasi akademik dan hubungan masyarakat sosial dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Instrumen kunci adalah informan (guru), dengan tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi (sumber, tehnik, dan waktu). Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data yang tidak relevan, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Administrasi sekolah tidak hanya menyangkut soal tata usaha sekolah, melainkan menyangkut semua kegiatan sekolah baik yang mengenai materi, personalia, kepemimpinan, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana dan sebagainya. (2) Selain kurangnya fasilitas sekolah ini juga masih kekurangan sumber daya manusia baik staff pengajar maupun staff non kependidikan. Sehingga masih sering terjadi tumpang tindih tupoksi dan tugas yang harus dikerjakan. (3) mengadakan pelatihan dan seminar guna meningkatkan keahlian dan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar dan mendidik. Selain itu cara yang telah ditempuh adalah dengan cara perekrutan karyawan baru khusus menangani masalah perpustakaan.

Academic administration services namely everybody has the duty and obligation of each so there is no overlap auth as well as the principal responsible for the teaching and learning activities, teachers are also responsible for the duties and responsibilities of each.Academic administrative service, in charge of taking care of all matters relating to academic learning materials, including learning resources, strategies and methods of learning, and student learning assessment system.
The purpose of this research are: (1) to describe the academic administration services in MTs Miftahul Huda Kromengan, (2) to describe the quality of education at the Miftahul Huda Kromengan MTs, (3) to find out the academic administration efforts in improving the quality of education at MTs Miftahul Huda Kromengan.
To achieve the objectiveabove, descriptive qualitative study is applied to describe the circumstances or the phenomena about academic administrative service and social community relations in improving the quality of education. A key instrument is the informant (teacher), the method of data collection used is triangulation (sources, techniques, and time). The data were analyzed by means of the reduction of irrelevant data, exposing the data and draw conclusions.
The results of interviews indicate that, (1) the administration of the school not only concerns about administration, but also concerns all the school activities both on the material, human resources, leadership, curriculum, facilities, infrastructure and so on. (2) in addition to the lack of school facilities is also still lacks of human resources good teaching staff as well as nonteaching staff. So it still often happens that overlap auth and tasks that must be done. 3) conducting training and seminars to enhance the skills and abilities of teachers in teaching and educating. In addition the way that has been reached is by recruitment of new employees specifically addressing library.
