Abstract
ABSTRAK
Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) merupakan metode pengembangan dari Geographically Weighted Regression yang mengakomodasi adanya heterogenitas secara spatial (lokasi) dan secara temporal (waktu). Untuk mengestimasi parameter model GTWR yakni dengan metode Weighted Least Square (WLS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estimasi parameter model Geographically Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) dengan fungsi pembobot Exponential. Hasil penelitian diaplikasikan pada data Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2012-2016. Variabel independent yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Persentase Angka Melek Huruf (X_1), Persentase Rumah Tangga Menggunakan Listrik PLN (X_2), Persentase Angka Harapan Hidup (X_3), dan Persentase Angka Morbiditas (X_4). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk estimasi parameter model GTWR dengan fungsi pembobot Exponential dan faktor yang mempengaruhi yakni angka Kemiskinan di JawaTimur tahun 2012-2016 secara lokal beserta pemetaannya.
ABSTRACT
Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) is development method from Geographically Weighted Regression that accommodated the heterogeneity in spatial (place) and temporal (time). To estimate the parameter of GTWR model, Weighted Least Square (WLS) method is used. This research is conducted to find out the parameter model estimation of Geographically Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) with Exponential weight function. The result of research applied to poverty data in East Java Province on 2012-2016. Variable independent that used in this research is the number percentage of readinginterest (X_1), the number percentage of electricity use in household (X_2), the number percentage of life expectancy (X_3), the number percentage of morbidity (X_4). The result of research found in parameter model estimationGTWR with Exponential weight function and the factor that is influenced which is Poverty number in East Java on 2012-2016 locally with the mapping.
