Abstract

ABSTRAK

Media pembelajaran Video Ilustrasi adalah media pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan audio dan visual. Namun jarang sekali sekolah yang menerapkan sistem pembelajaran sosiologi berbasis media audio visual terutama pada materi Interaksi Sosial. Di sisi lain pembelajaran berbasis audio visual juga diperlukan agar memudahkan siswa untuk memvisualisasikan materi yang masih abstrak. Untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran tersebut maka dibutuhkan pengembangan media pembelajaran video ilustrasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada materi Interaksi Sosial.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R & D), dengan mengadaptasi model penelitian R&D ADDIE yang memeiliki 5 langkah pengembangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Bangil Pasuruan kelas X IPS3 dan diambil sampel 20 siswa. Hasil wawancara guru IPS, didapatkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi masih terdapat banyak permasalahan, khususnya pada materi Interaksi Sosial.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran video ilustrasi mendapat penilaian kualifikasi yang baik, karena berdasarkan hasil validasi pertama diperoleh nilai dari ahli materi sebesar 96,7% yang berarti media pembelajaran video ilustrasi dinilai valid dan tidak memerlukan revisi dan nilai dari ahli media sebesar 54% yang berarti media pembelajaran video ilustrasi dinilai tidak valid dan revisi. Pada hasil validasi kedua diperoleh nilai dari ahli media sebesar 90% yang berarti media pembelajaran video ilustrasi dinilai valid dan tidak revisi. Pada hasil ujicoba diperoleh nilai 88,5%. Dengan perhitungan menggunakan uji t dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 diperoleh hasil thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 5,616 ≥ 2,093 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Jadi, media pembelajaran Video Ilustrasi terbukti secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS3 MAN Bangil Pasuruan. Dengan melihat rerata diketahui X2 lebih dari X1 (88,5 > 73) juga menunjukkan bahwa post tes lebih tinggi dari pada pre test. Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS3 MAN Bangil Pasuruan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran video ilustrasi.

ABSTRACT

Illustrations Video instructional media is media that integrate audio and visual. But rarely do the schools with a learning system based on the sociology of audio- visual media, especially in the matter of Social Interaction. On the other side of the audio-visual-based learning is also necessary in order to facilitate the students to visualize the material that is still abstract. To realize that learning is required development of instructional media video illustration so as to improve student learning outcomes, especially in the matter of Social Interaction.

This research uses research and development Research and Development (R & D), by adapting the research model of R & D ADDIE which has 5 step of development. This study was conducted in class X IPS 3 MAN Bangil Pasuruan and taken a sample of 20 students. Results of IPS teacher interviews, it was found that in teaching sociology there is still a lot of problems, especially in the matter of Social Interaction.

Based on the results of the research showed that the learning media video illustration received a good assessment of qualification, because based on the results of the first validation of the values obtained materials experts at 96.7%, which means learning media video illustration assessed valid and did not require revision and the value of media specialists by 54% which means learning media video illustration deemed valid and revisions. In the second validation of the results obtained by the value of the media expert of 90%, which means learning media video illustration assessed valid and no revision. On the test results obtained value of 88.5%. By calculation using the t test with significance level of 0.05 was obtained results tcount ≥ 5.616 ≥ 2.093 ttable which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

So, Illustrations Video media proven can significantly improve the results of class X student IPS3 Bangil MAN Pasuruan. By looking at more than the average known X2 X1 (88.5> 73) also shows that the post-test was higher than pre-test. In conclusion there are significant differences in the results of class X student IPS3 Bangil MAN Pasuruan before and after using instructional media video illustration.
