Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan koperasi di pondok pesantren Sidogiri (2) Mengetahui bagaiamana pendidikan entrepreneurship di koperasi pondok pesantren Sidogiri (3) Mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh pengelolaan koperasi pondok pesantren terhadap pendidikan entrepreneurship santri.
Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan entrepreneurship santri, digunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang didukung dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode ini menggunakan pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dengan metode ini dapat memperoleh data-data sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri Pasuruan.
Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh santri koperasi pondok pesantren berjumlah 96 orang dan manager koperasi 1 orang dan general affair 1 orang. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pengelolaan koperasi di pondok pesantren dapat dikatakan sangat baik dengan presentase 52% (2) pendidikan entrepreneurship di pondok pesantren dapat dikatakan sangat baik dengan presentase 52% (3) adanya pengaruh secara signifikan pengelolaan koperasi pondok pesantren terhadap pendidikan entrepreneurship santri dengan hasil thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 4.116 > 1.678 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 serta variabel X memberikan kontribusi pengaruhnya terhadap variabel Y sebesar 26.9%.
ABSTRACT
The aim in this research was to: (1) Knowing how the cooperation management in Sidogiri boarding school. (2) Knowing how entrepreneurship education in Sidogiri boarding schools’ cooperation. (3) Knowing whether or not the influence of the cooperation management of the boarding school for entrepreneurship education students.
To achieve the goal of entrepreneurship education students, used a quantitative descriptive research approach that is supported by qualitative approach. This method uses data collection in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. With this method can obtain the data according to the needs of research conducted at the Sidogiri boarding school cooperation Pasuruan.
In this research that population was all over students of the boarding school cooperation numbered 96 people and the cooperation manager 1 person also general affairs 1 person. The results showed that, (1) the management of cooperation in the boarding school can be said to be very good with a percentage of 52%. (2) entrepreneurship education in boarding schools can be said to be very good with a percentage of 52%. (3) the existence of significant influence in management of the boarding school cooperation against students’ entrepreneurship education with results tcount greater than ttable that 4,116> 1,678 with significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and variable X was contributing his influence to variable Y by 26.9%.
