فعالية المدخل الإنساني لروجرز في تعليم مهارة الكلام في مدرسة الحسنى الثانوية الإسلامية داوحان كرجيغان

المدخل الإنسانى له دور مهم في تكوين شجاعة الطلاب و ثقات نفوسهم , لأن هما امران اساسان مهمان في مهارة الكلام. الشجاعة وثقة النفس يؤد إلي تحقيق الذات. وقال كارل رانسوم روجرز أن تحقيق الذات يحث الناس إلي تطوير خصائص الإنسانية كالابداع ولابتكار. وهذا دليل علي أهمية المدخل الإنساني في تحقق مهارة الكلام لسيما في تكلم اللغة العربية.

بناء على ذلك يمكن أن يقدم الباحث تخصيص بعض المشكلات المتربطة بالموضوع كما يلي: (1) كيف تطبيق المدخل الإنساني في تعليم مهارة الكلام في مدرسة الحسنى الثانوية الإسلامية. (2)كيف فعالية المدخل الإنساني في تعليم مهارة الكلام في مدرسة الحسنى الثانوية الإسلامية.

وأما المدخل المستخدم في هذا البحث هو جمع البيانات وتحليلها (عدديّ). إن المدخل الذي يستخدمه الباحث في هذا البحث هو البحث التجريبي. نعرف التجربة بأنّها سؤل يوجه إلى الواقع، أو حوار بين الباحث والواقع المداني. و منهجه هو منهج شبه التجربي باستخدام الإختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الضابطة والتجربية. ثم أدوات جمع البينات في هذا البحث : الإختبار والاستبانة والملاحظة

ومن نتائج البحث التطويري: (1) يجب على الطلاب ممارسة الكلام حتى يتمكنوا من التطوير هذه المهارة بشكل طبيعي, لذالك يحصل الطلاب شجاعة الكلام علانية. (2) وأما نتيجة البحث، أن نتيجة t الإحصائي = 11،02 ثم قام الباحث بتعيين t-table وبحث الباحت من نتيجته المستوى المعنوي 5 % = 1,721 وكذلك من المستوى المعنوى 1 % = 2,518. لأن نتيجة t الإحصائي 11,02 أكبر نتيجته المستوى المعنوي 5 % = 1,721وكذلك أكبر من المستوى المعنوى 1 % = 2,518. بمعنى أن فروض البحث مقبولة. والخلاصة أن المدخل الإنساني لروجرز في تعليم مهارة الكلام فعالية.

ABSTRACT

The Humanistic Approach has an important role in training students to be brave and confident, courage and confidence are the most important basis in the world of speaking skill. courage and confidence will bring children to actualization, Rogers said: actualization encourages people to develop and produce human characteristics such as creativity and innovation. This is proof that the Humanitic approach is very important in realizing speaking skills, especially in speaking Arabic.

According to the explanation above, the researcher proposes the research questions relate to the title: (1) how is the implementation of using the Humanistik Approach Rogers in speeaking learning in Senior Hihg School Al Husna?, (2) how is the effect of the Humanistik Approach Rogers implemented speaking learning in Senior Hihg School Al Husna Dawuhan Krejingan?,

In this study using a type of quantitative research (data collection method) in which the data is obtained by means of observation and interviews with resource persons. While the method used is experimental research by forming two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class with class 11 A as the Experiment class, and 11 B As the control class, each class consists of 22 students. The instruments used are observation, tests (pre-test and post-test) and questionnaires.

The result showed: (1) Students must practice speaking so that they can develop this skill ia a formal way, so student get the courge to speak publicly. (2) The result of research showed that result of test T= 11,02, the research by ways of counting T-table (significant table) 5% = 1,721 and 1% =2,518 With the result of test T= 11,02 is bigger than T-table (significant table) 5% = 1,721 and it is also bigger than T-table 1% =2,518. Therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted and it means that the Humanistik approach Rogers in speaking learning is effective.

ABSTRAK

Pendekatan Humanistik mempunyai peran penting dalam melatih siswa untuk berani dan percaya diri, keberanian dan percaya diri adalah dasar yang paling penting dalam maharoh kalam . keberanian dan percaya diri akan membawa anak kepada aktualisasi, Rogers mengatakan : aktualisasi mendorong orang untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan karakteristik manusia seperti kreatifitas dan inovasi. Ini adalah bukti bahwa Pendekatan Humanitik penting sekali dalam merealisasikan keterampilan berbicara, terutama dalam berbicara bahasa arab.

Dari uraian diatas peneliti mengajukan rumusan masalah yang berkaitan dengan judul antara lain: (1) Bagaimana penerapan pendekatan Humanistik Rogers pada pembelajaran Maharoh Kalam di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Husna?, (2) Bagaimana efektivitas pendekatan Humanistik Rogers pada pembelajaran Maharoh Kalam di Madrasah Aliyah Al Husna?

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif (metode pengumpulan data) yang mana data tersebut didapat dengan cara observasi dan wawancara bersama narasumber. Sedangkan metode yang di gunakan adalah penelitian ekperimen dengan cara membentuk dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas control dengan kelas 11 A sebagai kelas Eksperimen, dan 11 B Sebagai Kelas control, setiap kelas berjumlah 22 siswa. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah Observasi, , Tes (pre-tes dan post-tes) dan angket.

Dari hasil penelitian ini : (1) Siswa harus berlatih berbicara sehingga mereka dapat mengembangkan keterampilan ini secara formal, sehingga siswa memiliki keberanian untuk berbicara di depan umum. (2) Adapun hasil penelitian,bahwasannya hasil uji T =11.02, kemudian lalu peneliti memalui perhitungan T-tabel (tabel signifikan) 5% =1,721. Dengan hasil uji T = 11,02 itu lebih besar T-tabel (tabel signifikan) 5% =1,721 dan juga lebih besar dari T-tabel 1% =2,518, Maka hipotesis penelitian diterima dan itu bahwasannya pendekatan Humanistik Rogers dalam pembelajaran maharoh kalam efektif.
