Abstract
ABSTRACT
Evaluation of learning outcomes is an indispensable learning process undertaken by teachers as well as the students. Teachers, educators, and mentors performed the duties any time responsibly, so that evaluation played a strategic position in the learning process this information because a teacher will obtain information to what extent objectives have been achieved through the teaching and evaluation of student. Considering the importance of analysis, researchers raised the research problem as follows: 1) What are the contributing factors in the preparation as well as the limiting factors in IPS SMPN1 Wonorejo. 2)How about the validity of the IPS in SMPN1 Wonorejo 3) How about the power of different social studies at SMPN1 Wonorejo.
This research was conducted by using qualitative analysis and quantitative approaches because the focus of the study was to analyze the grain problem with MICROCAT ITEMAN as a tool to measure the extent to which social studies teachers helped the students so as to create the expected innovations for educational institutions. The method used in this study is the method MicroCATITEMAN.
The results of this study indicate that supporting and inhibiting factors SMPN 1 Wonorejo in preparing questions are a) There are many teachers in the social studies lesson still use manual tests students and they did not provide archives in the question bank , b ) the questions raised were still in incomplete forms that need improvement , c ) contributing factor in the assessment of student test results only teacher student test results to the administration about the form to be processed by using a scanner so that teachers only received a form so the scanner output. 1)Factors supporting and inhibiting SMPN1 Wonorejo in preparing the matter is a) There are many teachers in the social studies lesson analyzing still use manual tests students and did not archived them in the question bank, b) There are many forms of the questions that is far from perfect,c) the supporting factors in the assessment of student test results of teacher only gives students test results to the administration to be processed using a form of matter with a scanner so that teachers only received a form so the scanner output. 2) Social studies lesson about the validity of classified motion standard and still needs improvement. From the results of the analysis can be categorized questions, 4 questions quite difficult and ugly, 3 difficult and better,1 difficult and good,6 about the tough and need to be revised, 4 relatively easy and well, one simple and easy and need revised, 1 middle and good, 5 belong to the middle and need revision. 3) Different power about the number of 38 students with an average of
9,026 has a median value of 9,000 indicated with power -0.478 item test.

Evaluasi hasil belajar merupakan rangkaian yang tak terpisahkan dengan proses belajar mengajar yang di lakukan oleh guru beserta para siswanya.Guru selaku pengajar, pendidik, dan pembimbing setiap saat melakukan tugasnya dengan sungguh-sungguh dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga evaluasi menempati posisi yang sangat strategis dalam proses pembelajaran hal ini dikarenakan seorang guru akan mendapatkan informasi sejauh mana tujuan pengajaran yang telah dicapai oleh siswa. Pentingnya evaluasi dan analisinya, peneliti mengangkat dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyusunan soal IPS di SMPN 1 Wonorejo Pasuruan. 2) Bagaimana validitas soal IPS di SMPN 1 Wonorejo Pasuruan 2) Bagaimana daya beda soal mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 1 Wonorejo Pasuruan.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif karena fokus penelitiannya adalah menganalisis butir soal dengan melalui MicroCAT ITEMAN sebagai alat untuk mengukur sejauh mana guru IPS dalam membuat bentuk soal terhadap siswa sehingga dapat menciptakan inovasi lembaga pendidikan yang diharapkan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode MicroCAT ITEMAN.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat SMPN 1 Wonorejo a) Masih banyak guru pengampu mata pelajaran IPS dalam menganalisis soal masih menggunakan manual dan hasil tes siswa tidak di arsip di dalam bank soal, b) Masih banyak ditemukan bentukbentuk soal yang secara penulisan masih jauh dari kesempurnaan, c) faktor pendukung dalam penilaian hasil tes siswa guru hanya memberikan hasil tes siswa kepada bagian administrasi untuk diproses bentuk soal tersebut dengan menggunakan scanner, sehingga guru hanya menerima bentuk jadi dari hasil scanner tersebut. 2) Validitas soal matapelajaran IPS di SMPN 1 Wonorejo Pasuruan tergolong standar dan membutuhkan revisi, dari hasil analisis soal dapat dikatagorikan 4 soal sulit dan jelek, 3 soal sulit dan bagus,1 sulit dan bagus,6 sulit dan bagus membutuhkan revis, 4 sedang dan mudah, satu soal mudah dan membutuhkan revisi, 1 sedang dan bagus, 5 tengah dan perluh direvisi. 3) 38 siswa yang mengerjakan dayah bedah soal rata-rata 9,026 dan nilai 9,00 dan daya bedah soal menunjukan -0,478 butir soal.
