ABSTRAK
Supermarket merupakan salah satu sarana dan prasarana yang di sediakan pemerintah untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya, agar lebih aman dan nyaman, tapi berdirinya Supermarket ini sedikit banyak sekali menimbulkan kesan positif dan negatif bagi masyarakat, salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi akibat dari berdirinya supermarket ini adalah berkurangnya minat masyarakat dalam berbelanja di pasar tradisional yang pastinya hal ini menyebabkan pendapatan mereka berkurang, ini merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak hal negatif yang ditimbulkan. Dampak lainnya yang ditimbulkan dengan berdirinya supermarket ini mampu memberdayakan masyarakat dan membantu program pemerintah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat miskin misalnya dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaaan , membantu menampung kreatifitas masyarakat, dan lain sebagainya. Berdirinya supermarket juga merupakan bentuk motivasi bagi masyarakat, sebagai bentuk dari usaha mandiri, yang bisa dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kehidupan mereka. Seperti yang telah di sosialisasikan oleh pemerintah bahwa masyarakat juga harus mandiri dan kreatif dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka masing-masing pemerintah hanya memfasilitasi dan mereka yang menjalankan. Hal ini merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan yang ada di Indonesia.
ABSTRACT
Supermarket is one of the facilities and infrastructure provided by government to facilitate the public in fullfill their needs, make it more secure and comfortable, but the establishment of supermarkets is a bit much has been positive and the negative impression for the community, one of the problems arising from the establishment of supermarkets is reduced community interest in shopping at traditional markets, which certainly it caused their incomes reduced. This is one of the many negative things caused. Other impacts posed by the establishment of supermarkets are able to empower communities and assist government programs in empowering the poor for example by opening the employment field, to help accommodate the creativity of society, and so forth. The establishment of supermarkets is also a form of motivation for the community, as a form of independent business, which can be done by communities in improving their lives. As has been socialized by the government that the people should also be independent and creative in improving the living standards of their own. Government and society only facilitate the run. This is one way the government in reducing poverty in Indonesia. Barokah Supermarket is one of the existing facilities and infrastructure in the Jumerto village, and able to empower village residents by providing employment Jumerto, as well as Jumerto village residents accommodate creativity. Besides, this supermarket is partisipated in the program holding the local government. Thus Barokah supermarket is an example of independent businesses that participate in empowering communities, improving the welfare of society and can also be used as motivation for people to become more optimistic in improving their welfare.
