Abstract
INDONESIA:
Al-Qur’an merupakan firman Allah SWT yang dijadikan pedoman hidup (way of life) kaum muslim yang tidak ada lagi keraguan di dalamnya. Namun, realita yang terjadi banyak generasi muslim yang tidak mengenal Al-Qur’an, hebat dalam bidang keilmuan akan tetapi tidak memahami terlebih membaca dasar keilmuan Islam yaitu Al-Quran. Karena itu, guru PAI sangat berperan penting dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran siswa. Dalam hal ini, program full day school yang didukung dengan program membaca dan menulis AL-Quran dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi dan terobosan baru dalam meningkatkan kualitas dunia pendidikan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui strategi guru PAI dalam implementasi program membaca dan menulis Al-Quran di Sekolah Dasar Islamic Global School Malang, 2) mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat strategi guru PAI dalam implementasi program membaca dan menulis Al-Quran di Sekolah Dasar Islamic Global School Malang.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bagian Kurikulum, TIM BTA, Guru Kelas dan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Islamic Global School Malang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1). Strategi guru PAI dalam program membaca dan menulis Al-Quran di Sekolah Dasar Islamic Global School Malang meliputi strategi pengorganisasian yang mana TIM BTA menyusun perencanaan, materi hingga kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan membaca dan menulis Al-Quran, strategi penyampaian yakni guru memberikan berbagai metode dan media pembelajaran, strategi pengelolaan yakni guru melakukan evaluasi dan diskusi untuk perkembangan program. 2). Faktor-faktor pendukung program antara lain: Kerjasama antara guru kelas dan TIM BTA, adanya dua tenaga pendidik dalam setiap kelas, tersedianya buku iqra’ dan lembar monitoring, siswa yang ideal dalam satu kelas, siswa selalu diberi tugas untuk mempelajari kembali di rumah. Faktor Penghambat: Pengajar bukan guru khusus membaca dan menulis Al-Quran, satu kelas terdiri dari berbagai jilid, hasil pembelajaran bergantung pada kreativitas guru kelas, siswa kurang bersemangat untuk menulis, siswa tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran.

The Qur'an is the Allah saying as the guiding life (way of life) of the Muslims that there is no doubt in it. However, in reality there are many generations of Muslims who do not know the Qur'an, mastering in the field of science but does not understand especially reading the basic knowledge of Islam, that is the Qur’an. Therefore, the teacher of Islamic Education (PAI) has a very important role in Qur’an learning of students. In this case, the full day school program supported by the program of reading and writing AL-Quran can be used as a solution and an innovation in improving the quality of education.
The purpose of this study are: 1) to understand the strategy of PAI teachers in the implementation of the reading and writing Qur’an program in Elementary School of Islamic Global School in Malang, 2) to understand the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers’ strategy in the implementation of the reading and writing Qur’an program in Elementary School of Islamic Global School in Malang.
To achieve the above objectives, qualitative approach is used within the type of research is a field research. The data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis is done descriptively. The data source of this study is the Headmaster, Vice Headmaster of Curriculum section, TIM BTA, teacher and Elementary School students of the Global Islamic School in Malang.
The results show that, 1). The strategy of PAI teachers in reading and writing Qur’an program in Elementary School of Islamic Global School Malang include; organizing strategies where TIM BTA organizes planning, material to activities related to reading and writing Qur’an, conveying strategies that teachers provide a variety of methods and learning media, management strategies that teachers doing an evaluation and discussion for the program development. 2). Supporting factors of program are: Cooperation between the teachers and TIM BTA, the existence of two teachers for each classroom, the availability of iqra’ books and monitoring sheets, the ideal students in one class, the students are always given the task to study back at home. The obstacles: The teachers are not specialist in reading and writing Qur’an, one class consists of various volumes, the learning outcomes depend on the creativity of teachers, the students less motivated to write, the students do not focus on learning.
