Pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening: Studi pada sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021

INDONESIA :

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas (ROE), Likuiditas (CR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan struktur modal (DER) sebagai Variable Intervening di sektor Transportasi tahun 2017-2021.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data keuangan tahunan meliputi Profitabilitas (ROE) dan Likuiditas (CR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) dengan Struktur Modal (DER) sebagai Variable Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Jasa Transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017-2021. Tekhnik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah dilakukan maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis berganda dan path analysys dengan aplikasi SPPS.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal (DER), Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal (DER), Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), Profitabilitas (ROE) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), Struktur modal (DER) mampu memediasi Profitabilitas (ROE), Likuiditas (CR) dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

ENGLISH :

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of profitability (ROE), Liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV) with capital structure (DER) as Variable Intervening in the Transportation sector in 2017-2021.

This study uses secondary data, annual financial data including Profitability (ROE) and Liquidity (CR) on Firm Value (PBV) with Capital Structure (DER) as Intervening Variables. The population in this study are Transportation Service Sector Companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling and based on the criteria that have been carried out, the number of samples is 16 companies. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple analysis techniques and path analysis with the SPPS application.

The results of this study indicate that Profitability (ROE) has no significant effect on Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (CR) has a significant effect on Capital Structure (DER), Capital Structure has no significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), Profitability (ROE) has a significant effect significant to Firm Value (PBV), Liquidity (CR) has no significant effect to Firm Value (PBV), Capital structure (DER) is able to mediate Profitability (ROE), Liquidity (CR) and Firm Value (PBV).

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد تأثير الربحية (ROE) والسيولة (CR) على قيمة الشركة (PBV) مع هيكل رأس المال (DER) كتدخل متغير في قطاع النقل في 2017-2021.

تستخدم هذه الدراسة البيانات الثانوية والبيانات المالية السنوية بما في ذلك الربحية (ROE) والسيولة (CR) على قيمة الشركة (PBV) مع هيكل رأس المال (DER) كمتغيرات تدخلية. السكان في هذه الدراسة هم شركات قطاع خدمات النقل المدرجة في IDX في 2017-2021. تستخدم تقنية جمع البيانات أخذ عينات هادفة وبناءً على المعايير التي تم تنفيذها ، يبلغ عدد العينات 16 شركة. اختبار فرضية البحث باستخدام تقنيات التحليل المتعددة وتحليل المسار مع تطبيق SPPS.

تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن الربحية (ROE) ليس لها تأثير معنوي على هيكل رأس المال (DER) ، والسيولة (CR) لها تأثير كبير على هيكل رأس المال (DER) ، وليس لهيكل رأس المال تأثير معنوي على قيمة الشركة (PBV) ، الربحية (ROE) لها تأثير كبير على قيمة الشركة (PBV) ، والسيولة (CR) ليس لها تأثير كبير على قيمة الشركة (PBV) ، وهيكل رأس المال (DER) قادرة على التوسط في الربحية (ROE) ، والسيولة (CR) و قيمة الشركة (PBV).
