Abstract
ABSTRAK
Analisis jabatan adalah suatu cara yang sistematik dalam mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan mengorganisasi informasi pekerjaan/jabatan. Analisis jabatan juga terdapat di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Mojokerto, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya uraian jabatan pegawai yang meliputi: nama jabatan, ikhtisar jabatan, tujuan jabatan, uraian tugas, bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam jabatan, alat- alat yang digunakan dalam jabatan, hasil kerja, wewenang, tanggung jawab dimensi jabatan, hubungan kerja, masalah dan tantangan jabatan, resiko jabatan, dan syarat jabatan. Adapun penempatan pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Mojokerto dilakukan berdasarkan, tes pegawai dan atas kebijakan dari Sekretariat Jenderal Pajak. Hal-hal yang dipertimbangkan dalam penempatan pegawai yaitu: pangkat, pendidikan, kemampuan, keahlian, diklat. Dari situlah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian megenai hal diatas.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kua litatif, data penelitian terbagi menjadi dua macam yaitu: data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan menunjukkan, bahwa analisis jabatan yang berupa job specification terbukti berperan dalam penempatan pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Mojokerto. Hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh adanya syarat jabatan minimum berupa: pangkat/golongan, pendidikan, diklat/kursus, dan syarat jabatan lainny a (bakat, minat, temperamen, kemampuan khusus, kondisi fisik, dan kondisi jasmani) yang harus dipenuhi oleh pegawai sebelum menduduki sebuah jabatan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Mojokerto.
ABSTRACT
Job analysis is a systematic way of collecting, evaluating, and organizing information of job/position. Job analysis also exists in Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto. It is proved by the existence of the Official job description covering: job name, job outline, job objective, job description, materials used in job, instruments used in job, work res ult, authority, job dimension responsibility, work connection, job problem and challenge, job risk, and job requirement. The official placement at Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto is done based on official test and the policy from Tax General Secretary. The considerations of official placement at Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto are position, education, ability, skill, each member training. There is also another factor influencing on official placement at Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto, that i s work performance. Those factors are interesting the researchering doing the research.
This research using qualitative descriptive approach, research data is divided into two kinds, those are primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, data collecting technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation.
From the research result, it is found that job analysis in the form of job specification that has been proven has the role of job analysis in official placement at Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto. It is shown that there is minimum position requirement in the form of: grade/class, education, training/course, and other position requirement (talent, interest, temperament, special ability, physical, and body condition). It must be owned by the officials before getting a position in Pratama Tax Service Office Mojokerto.
