Abstract
ABSTRAK
Faktor makro merupakan faktor yang berada diluar perusahaan, tetapi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kenaikan atau penurunan kinerja perusahan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh variabel makro yaitu kurs, inflasi, GNP dan suku bunga terhadap harga saham sektor properti periode 2004 sampai 2008 di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara parsial maupun simultan serta untuk mengetahui variabel makro yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sektor properti.
Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan pengembangan asumsi klasik (Multikolinieritas, Heteroskedastisitas, Normalitas dan Autokorelasi) dan uji hipotesis yaitu Uji-t, Uji-F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2).
Dari hasil anslisis dengan level of significant 5% variabel makro berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sektor properti yaitu terlihat pada nilai R2 sebesar 11,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 88,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian, seperti APBN, PAJAK, kondisi politik, harga BBM dan lain-lain. Adapun variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham properti periode 2004-2008 adalah inflasi yaitu sebesar -2.124 dengan nilai signifikasi 0.036.
ABSTRACT
Macro factor is a factor that exists outside the company, but it influences the increase or decrease of the company performance either directly or indirectly. This research is aimed at knowing how strong the influence of macro variables, namaly rate, inflation, GNP and rate of interest to the share price of property sector from 2004 until 2008 at Bursa Efek Indonesia either partially or simultaneouses and aimed at to knowing the macro variables which have more dominant effects on the share price of property sector.
This research is conducted by using doubled regression analysis with classical assumption development (Multicolinearity, Heteroskedastisitas, Normality and Autocorrelation) and hypothesis test, namaly t-Test, F-Test and Determination Coefficient (R2).
From the analysis result at the level of significace 5% macro variables have significant effects on the share price of property sector that is in the amount of 11.2%, whereas the rest 88.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research models, like APBN, taxes, political condition, oil price, and others. The variable which has more dominant effects on the share price of property in the period 2004-2008 is inflation, that is in the amount of -2.124 with the value of significance 0.036.
