Pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi dan partisipasi belajar PAI-BP di UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar PAI-BP di UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar; dan (2) pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap partisipasi belajar PAI-BP di UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Mei 2022. Jumlah populasi penelitian sebanyak 84 peserta didik. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 13 peserta didik. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner/angket. Waktu pengumpulan data dari bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2022. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan analisis program smartPLS.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar. Koefisien jalur pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 0.860 menunjukkan bahwa metode pemberian tugas berpengaruh positf terhadap motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian semakin efektif metode pemberian tugas akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar; dan (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode pemberian tugas terhadap partisipasi belajar. Koefisien jalur pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap partisipasi belajar sebesar 0.524 menunjukkan bahwa metode pemberian tugas berpengaruh positf terhadap partisipasi belajar. Dengan demikian semakin efektif metode pemberian tugas akan meningkatkan partisipasi belajar.

Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini, rekomendasi peneliti kepada pengambil kebijakan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagi institusi pendidikan disarankan agar memperhatikan metode yang digunakan tenaga pendidik dalam proses belajar di kelas; (2) Bagi tenaga pendidik disarankan agar memperhatikan cara atau metode yang harus mereka gunakan saat memberikan tugas agar sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik sehingga mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi belajar peserta didik dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effects of the method of assigning tasks on the motivation to learn Islamic Education-Character Education (PAI-BP) at UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar; and (2) the effects of the method of assigning tasks on the participation to learn PAI-BP at UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar.

This study uses a quantitative approach. It was conducted at UPT SD Negeri Gunung Gede 04 Blitar from February to May in 2022. The total population of the study was 84 students. The number of the study samples was 13 students. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire. The data were collected starting from April to May in 2022. The data analysis was carried out based on the analysis of the smartPLS program.

The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of the method of assigning tasks on learning motivation. The path coefficient of the effect of the method of assigning tasks on learning motivation is 0.860. It indicates that the method of assigning tasks has a positive effect on learning motivation. Thus, the more effective the method of assigning tasks, the greater the possibility to increase the learning motivation is; and (2) there is a significant effect of the method of assigning tasks on learning participation. The path coefficient of the effect of the method of assigning tasks on learning participation is 0.524. It indicates that the method of assigning tasks has a positive effect on learning participation. Hence, the more effective the method of assigning tasks, the greater the possibility to increase learning participation is.

In relation to the results of this study, the writer’s recommendations to policy makers are as follows: (1) For educational institutions, it is recommended to focus more on the methods used by educators in the learning process in the classroom; (2) For educators, it is recommended to focus more on the methods they must use when assigning tasks to suit the conditions of students so that it can increase students’ motivation and learning participation properly as expected.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة: (١) تأثير طريقة التعيين على الدافعية في تعلم التربية الإسلامية-الأخلاق الكريمة في المدرسة الإبتدائية العامة الحكومية غونونج غيدي ٠٤ بليتار. و (٢) تأثير طريقة التعيين على المشاركة في تعلم التربية الإسلامية-الأخلاق الكريمة في المدرسة الإبتدائية العامة الحكومية غونونج غيدي ٠٤ بليتار.

استخدم هذا البحث منهجا كميا. تم إجراء هذا البحث في المدرسة الإبتدائية العامة الحكومية غونونج غيدي ٠٤ بليتار من فبراير إلى مايو ٢٠٢٢. كان عدد مجتمع البحث ٨٤ طالبا. بلغ عدد العينات البحثية ١٣ طالبا. الأداة المستخدمة هي الاستبانة. وقت جمع البيانات من أبريل إلى مايو ٢٠٢٢. تم إجراء تحليل البيانات بناء على تحليل برنامج smartPLS.

أظهرت النتائج أن: (١) هناك تأثير معنوي لطريقة التعيين على الدافعية في التعلم. وضح معامل تأثير مسار طريقة التعيين على الدافعية في التعلم بنسبة ٠.٨٦٠، مما يعني أن طريقة التعيين لها تأثير إيجابي على الدافعية في التعلم. وبالتالي كلما زادت فعالية طريقة التعيين ستزيد من الدافعية في التعلم ؛ و (٢) هناك تأثير كبير لطريقة التعيين على المشاركة في التعلم. أشار معامل تأثير مسار طريقة التعيين على المشاركة في التعلم بنسبة ٠.٥٢٤ إلى أن طريقة التعيين لها تأثير إيجابي على المشاركة في التعلم. وبالتالي كلما زادت فعالية طريقة التعيين ستزيد من المشاركة في التعلم.

وفيما يتعلق بنتائج هذا البحث، فإن توصيات الباحثة لصانعي السياسات هي كما يلي: (١) بالنسبة للمؤسسات التعليمية، يوصى بالاهتمام بالطرق التي يستخدمها المعلمون في عملية التعلم في الفصل الدراسي. (٢) بالنسبة للمعلمين، يوصى بالاهتمام بالأساليب أو الطرق التي يجب عليهم استخدامها عند تعيين المهام لتناسب ظروف الطلاب حتى يتمكنوا من زيادة دافعيتهم ومشاركتهم في التعلم بشكل صحيح كما هو متوقع.
