Analisis implementasi Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone Mclean

SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen menggunakan SLiMS sebagai sistem otomasi perpustakannya selama hampir 12 tahun. Pada mulanya penggunaan SLiMS belum berjalan secara optimal, pada tahun 2017 baru dilakukan optimalisasi kembali dan terakhir pada April 2022 SLiMS telah diperbarui ke versi terbaru yaitu SLiMS 9 Bulian. Penggunaan SLiMS ini membantu proses pengolahan koleksi dan juga proses sirkulasi menjadi lebih mudah, namun dalam proses penggunaan SLiMS di Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi. Pentingnya dilakukan evaluasi pada sebuah penggunaan sistem dalam sebuah organisasi menjadi dasar dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penggunaan SLiMS di Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen dan mengetahui kekurangannya sebagai bahan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 3 variabel dari model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone Mclean, yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna dengan total indikator sebanyak 11. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 93. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata dan menentukan modus menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata 3 variabel yang digunakan, masuk ke kategori tinggi yaitu kualitas sistem (3,98), kualitas informasi (4) dan kepuasan pengguna (4,09) dengan modus data 4. Pada bagian akhir kuesioner ditambahkan pertanyaan uraian mengenai pendapat pengguna terhadap penggunaan SLiMS. Hasil jawaban menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna merasa puas dengan penggunaan SLiMS, namun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu kurangnya koleksi e-book dan sulitnya mengoperasikan sistem di pertama kali pengaksesan.

SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen has used SLiMS as its library automation system for almost 12 years. At first the use of SLiMS was not running optimally, in 2017 it was re-optimized and finally in April 2022 SLiMS was updated to the latest version, namely SLiMS 9 Bulian. The use of SLiMS helps the collection processing process and also the circulation process to be easier, but there has never been an evaluation in the process of using SLiMS at the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen. The importance of evaluating the use of a system in an organization is the basis for conducting this research. This research was conducted to analyze the use of SLiMS in the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Kepanjen and find out its shortcomings as evaluation material. The research was conducted using 3 variables from the Delone Mclean information system success model, namely system quality, information quality and user satisfaction with a total of 11 indicators. The research method used was a quantitative method with a total of 93 respondents. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis by calculating average and determine the mode using the help of SPSS software. Based on the analysis, it was found that the average of 3 variables used were in the high category, namely system quality (3.98), information quality (4) and user satisfaction (4.09) with data mode 4. At the end of the questionnaire, essay questions were added regarding user opinion on the use of SLiMS. The results of the answers show that the majority of users are satisfied with the use of SLiMS, but there are still some drawbacks, namely the lack of e-book collections, feature search which sometimes doesn't work properly and the difficulty of operating the system the first time you access it.

إن المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية ١ كبانجين تستخدم SLims كنظام أتمتة للمكتبة لما يقرب من ١٢ عاما. في البداية ، لم يتم تشغيل استخدام SLiMS على النحو الأمثل ، وفي عام ٢٠١٧ تم إعادة تشغيله فقط وأخيرا في أبريل ٢٠٢٢ تم تحديث SLiMS إلى أحدث إصدار ، وهو SLiMS ٩ Bulian. يساعد استخدام SLiMS في عملية معالجة المجموعات وكذلك تصبح عملية التداول أسهل ، ولكن في عملية استخدام SLiMS في مكتبة المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية ١ كبانجين لم يتم تقييمها أبدا. أهمية تقييم استخدام نظام في المنظمة هي الأساس لإجراء هذا البحث. تم إجراء هذا البحث لتحليل استخدام SLiMS في مكتبة المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية ١ كبانجين ومعرفة أوجه القصور فيها كمواد تقييم. أجريت الدراسة باستخدام ٣ متغيرات من نموذج نجاح نظام معلومات Delone Mclean ، وهي جودة النظام وجودة المعلومات ورضا المستخدم بإجمالي ١١ مؤشرا. طريقة البحث المستخدمة هي طريقة كمية مع ما مجموعه ٩٣ مستجيبا. تحليل البيانات المستخدم هو تحليل وصفي عن طريق حساب المتوسط وتحديد الوضع باستخدام برنامج spss. بناء على التحليل ، تم الحصول على النتائج التي تم تضمين المتغيرات الثلاثة المستخدمة في المتوسط في الفئة العالية ، وهي جودة النظام (٣،٩٨) وجودة المعلومات (٤) ورضا المستخدم (٤،٠٩) مع وضع البيانات ٤. في نهاية الاستبيان ، يتم إضافة سؤال بخصوص رأي المستخدم حول استخدام SLiMS. تظهر نتائج الإجابة أن غالبية المستخدمين راضون عن استخدام SLiMS ، ولكن لا تزال هناك بعض أوجه القصور ، وهي عدم وجود مجموعات الكتب الإلكترونية ، وميزة البحث التي لا تعمل أحيانا بشكل صحيح وصعوبة تشغيل النظام لأول مرة يتم الوصول إليها.
