Desain halal Crypto di Indonesia

INDONESIA:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang crypto halal sebagai assets dan komoditi di Indonesia berdasarkan hukum Islam. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode grounded theory sebagai langkah analisis kualitatif terhadap faktor-faktor penentu dan indikator untuk meningkatkan kualitas program penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menetapkan enam kode berikut yang dikembangkan dalam proses open coding, axial dan selective, yaitu Regulasi Stucking, Transparan Developer, Have Benefit and Investment Value, Have Underlying Assets, Using Sharia Contract, Have Sharia Compliance. Frekuensi kode yang muncul dalam penelitian ini, dimana total frekuensi sebanyak 103 kode berasal dari data yang dikumpulkan oleh peneliti berupa transkrip wawancara. Have sharia compliance adalah kode dengan frekuensi tertinggi yaitu, diikuti oleh transparan developer, have benefit and investment value, have underlying assets dengan, using sharia contract dan regulasi stucking adalah kode yang paling sedikit muncul dalam wawancara dengan frekuensi.

Study this for designing halal crypto as assets and commodities in Indonesia based on Islamic law. Analysis study this use grounded theory method as step analysis qualitative to factors determinants and indicators for increase the quality of the research program. As for the results study set six code the following are developed in the process of open coding, axial and selective, namely Regulation Stucking , Transparent Developer, Have Benefit and Investment Value, Have Underlying Assets, Using Sharia Contract, Have Sharia Compliance. Frequency code that appears in study this, where is the total frequency as many as 103 codes originated from data collected by researchers in the form of transcript interview. Have sharia compliance is code with frequency highest namely, followed by transparent developer, have benefit and investment value, have underlying assets, using sharia contract and regulation stuck is least code _ appear in Interview with frequency.

يهدف هذا البحث يعني ليبين يخطط التشفيف الحلال بموجودات و سلعة في بناء ايندونيسيا علي الشريعة الإسلامية. تحليل هذا البحث يستخدم بطرق النظرية يعني البحث نوعي على عنصر حاسما و مؤشرا لزيادة هذا البحث. الحصول هذا البحث يعني ستة شفرة التي تم متطورها في عوائد تشفير المفتوحة و محورية يعني انتقائيه وتنظيم عالق و مطور اشفا و مزايا و قيمة استثمارية و أصول أساسية وإستخدام عقد شرعي ومتوافقة مع شريعة الإسلامية. تكرر الشفرة هذا البحث يعني 103 شفرات من البيانات التي يظهر ناتج الباحثة يعني نصوص المقابلة. امتثال الشريعة الإسلامية هو الشفرة بأعلى بقيمة، و يليه المطور الشفاف بقيمة والفوائد وقيمة الإستمار، وأصول أساسية بتكرير ,ويستخدم عقود الشرعية بمعدل واللوائح المتعثرات هي التشفير تظهر أقل في المقابلات بتكرير.
