Abstract
ABSTRACT
A Child at birth has brought the moral aspects, namely the things about good and evil, right and wrong, which can evolve naturally well. If then there are irregularities and vices, it is because of the influence of environment and education gained. Actually, the moral and religious education that they get from school has actually been pretty good, they know where the good and bad, but because of the influence of parental modeling and environment that is large enough to make them have to be very clever to make choices which decision they should take. In general the process of moral reasoning of children in prostitution is almost the same as other children, just because of the environment, making the gap with their behavior, it is necessary to know the factors that influence moral reasoning and behavior of children.
This research type is the kind of descriptive qualitative research that focuses on the interpretation of the phenomenological case study with interviews, observations, pictures, stories, and instruments of moral reasoning. The findings made checking validity of by the diligence of observation, triangulation of data and also peerdering. Research sample were children who lived in the localization Suko, totaling 24 people who stepped on the respondent's childhood end, which is around the age of 6-13 years.
The results showed are three facts among which, (1) of children in prostitution have difficulty in understanding the concept of morality because there is a difference between the moral code of their social environment with other social environments, (2) a gap between moral reasoning and behavior of children in localization because there is a gap between the education they can in school and behavior are present in their environment, (3) There are several factors that influence the moral reasoning and behavior of children in prostitution among which almost all children are in families localization experiencing marital problems, such as divorce, relationships are not harmonious, and less attention from both parents, in addition to the children in the environmental conditions are not supportive of the development and psychological maturity and social development in cognitive developmental disorders, emotional and social impact also on their moral behavior. They also fear, nightmares, aggression, mental.

Anak ketika dilahirkan sudah membawa segi-segi moral, yakni hal-hal mengenai baik dan buruk, benar dan salah, yang dapat berkembang secara alami dengan baik. Jika kemudian terdapat penyimpangan dan keburukan-keburukan, hal itu karena pengaruh lingkungan dan pendidikan yang diperolehnya. Sebenarnya pendidikan moral dan agama yang mereka dapatkan dari sekolah sebenarnya sudah cukup bagus, mereka tau mana yang baik dan buruk, tetapi karena pengaruh modeling orang tua dan lingkungan yang cukup besar membuat mereka harus pandai-pandai menentukan pilihan keputusan mana yang harus mereka ambil. Secara umum proses penalaran moral anak-anak dilokalisasi hampir sama dengan anak-anak lain, hanya saja karena lingkungan, membuat terjadinya kesenjangan dengan perilaku mereka, untuk itu perlu diketahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi penalaran dan perilaku moral anak-anak.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang memfokuskan pada studi kasus dengan interpretasi fenomenologis dengan metode wawancara, observasi, gambar, cerita, dan instrumen penalaran moral. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi data dan juga peerderieng. Sampel penelitian adalah anak-anak yang tinggal di lokalisasi Suko, berjumlah 24 orang responden yang menginjak masa kanak-kanak akhir, yaitu sekitar usia 6-13 tahun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga fakta diantaranya yaitu, (1) anak-anak di lokalisasi mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep moral karena terjadi perbedaan kode moral antara lingkungan sosial mereka dengan lingkungan sosial lain, (2) terjadi kesenjangan antara penalaran dan perilaku moral anak-anak di lokalisasi karena terdapat kesenjangan antara pendidikan yang mereka dapat di sekolah dan perilaku yang terdapat di dalam lingkungan mereka, (3) Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penalaran dan perilaku moral anak-anak di lokalisasi diantaranya yaitu hampir semua anak-anak di lokaisasi berada dalam keluarga yang mengalami masalah perkawinan, seperti perceraian, hubungan yang tidak harmonis, dan kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari kedua orang tuanya, selain itu anak-anak dalam kondisi lingkungan yang tidak suportif terhadap perkembangan dan kematangan psikologis dan sosial berada dalam gangguan perkembangan kognitif, emosional dan sosial yang berdampak pula pada perilaku.
