Abstract
INDONESIA:
Bullying merupakan tindak kekerasan ataupun pelecehan yang dilakukan secara sengaja maupun tidak sengaja oleh seseorang ataupun kelompok orang yang memiliki kekuasaan atau kekuatan untuk melakukan kekerasan terhadap pihak lain. Bentuk perilaku bullying diantaranya bullying fisik, bullying non-fisik, dan bullying mental/psikologis.
Bullying dapat terjadi di mana saja khususnya dilingkungan sekolah, terbentuknya perilaku bullying sendiri karena adanya penindasan dan pemaksaan terhadap korban sehingga korban merasa takut dan teraniaya. Bullying memberikan dampak negatif terhadap siswa apabila tidak diatasi, sehingga siswa sulit untuk mencapai aktualisasi dirinya. Maka lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dapat menciptakan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif bagi siswa.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui bentuk perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (2) mengetahui terbentuknya perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (3) mengetahui upaya guru dalam menangani perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (4) mengetahui dampak dari upaya guru kelas terhadap perilaku bullying siswa kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, Peneliti menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Sumber data yang dapat diambil melalui subjek, orang tua, wali kelas, siswa, guru mata pelajaran dan Kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data yang tidak relevan, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Bentuk perilaku bullying yang terjadi di kelas IV SDI Lukman Hakim Pakisaji yaitu bentuk bullying fisik seperti memukul mempermainkan barang temannya dan bullying verbal berupa ancaman,berkata jorok dan mengolok-olok, (2) Terbentuknya perilaku bullying di kelas IV SDI Lukman Hakim disebabkan oleh latar belakang keluarga yang tidak rukun, senioritas dan karakter individu itu sendiri, (3) Upaya wali kelas dalam mengatasi perilaku bulling siswa kelas IV yaitu, ketika ada permasalahan wali kelas memanggil siswa yang bersangkutan, memasukkan dalam catatan buku BK (Bimbingan Konseling), siswa yang memiliki permasalahan dipanggil satu-satu, mencari tahu masalah yang terjadi, mengklasifikasi terlebih dahulu permasalahannya, guru menemukan masalah yang terjadi, siswa yang melakukan kesalahan dipanggil dan dipertemukan, siswa yang melakukan permasalahan ditanya satu-persatu “benar melakukan apa apa tidak?”, kedua pihak didamaikan, dibuat kesepakan supaya tidak mengulangi perbuatannya lagi, apabila masih belum bisa terselesaikan maka panggilan orang tua atau dialih tangan ke kepala sekolah/wakilnya, (4) Pembelajaran di dalam kelas dapat berjalan kondusif, siswa tidak melakukan perkelahian lagi dengan temannya, di dalam kelas siswa tidak mengolok-olok temannya, siswa tidak mengucilkan temannya lagi, siswa lebih sopan terhadap gurunya, karakter siswa dapat terbentuk sesuai visi dan misi sekolah, siswa tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang dilakukannya.
ENGLISH:
Bullying is violence or abuse that intentionally or unintentionally by a person or group of people who have the power or the power to commit violence against others. Forms of bullying including physical bullying, non-physical bullying, bullying and mental/psychological.
Bullying can happen anywhere, especially in the environment of the school, the formation of bullying themselves for their oppression and coercion of the victim so that the victim was scared and abused. Bullying a negative impact on students if not addressed, so that the student is difficult to achieve actualizing. So the school environment that is conducive to create an effective learning process for students.
The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the form of bullying behavior in the fourth grade students in an elementary school of Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (2) determine the formation of bullying behavior in the fourth grade students in an elementary school of Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (3) knowing efforts of teachers to deal with bullying behavior in the fourth grade students in an elementary school of Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang, (4) determine the impact of the efforts against bullying classroom teachers fourth grade students in an elementary school of Islam Lukman Hakim Pakesaji Malang.
To achieve the purpose, research used qualitative to describe with the type of case study research. The source of data that can be retrieved through the subject, parents, homeroom, students, subject teachers and principal. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed by meredukdi irrelevant data, then presented data and draw conclusions.
The results showed that, (1) the form of bullying that occur in the fourth grade SDILukman Judge Pakisaji aitu form of bullying is physical, such as hitting toying goods friends of bullying and verbal threats, said slovenly and mock, (2) the formation of bullying behavior in class IV SDI Lukman Hakim caused by family background is not in harmony and individual character itself, (3) efforts homeroom in addressing behavioral bulling fourth graders that is, when there are problems homeroom calling the students are concerned, to enter into the record books BK (Counseling ), students who have problems are called one by one, to find out the problems that occur, to classify the first problem, the teacher found the problem to occur, students who make mistakes are called and reunited, students do the problems asked one on one "actually doing what is not? "both sides reconciled, made kesepakan so as not to repeat his actions again, if it still can not be resolved then call the parents or converted arms to the principal/vice learning in the classroom can walk conducive , students do not perform more fightswith his friend, in the classroom students do not make fun of his friend, the students did not isolate her again, students are more respectful towards their teachers, the student's character is formed can be formed according to the vision and mission of the school,the students not to repeat the act of doing.
