Upaya kepala madrasah dalam mewujudkan budaya religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1

ABSTRAK

Skripsi ini membahas upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di lingkungan lembaga madrasah, yaitu Budaya Religius sebagai karakter pendidikan madrasah yang diupayakan seiring dengan tuntutan zaman dan tuntutan pendidikan Nasional. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya beberapa fenomena diantaranya adalah upaya pemerintah yang saat ini menggagas Pendidikan Karakter Bangsa sebagai ciri khas pendidikan Nasional.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Bandar Kidul Kediri 1, salah satu lembaga madrasah yang berada dibawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Pada realita yang ada MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 menempati posisi penting sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang diminati masyarakat yang diharapkan mampu melahirkan lulusan-lulusan yang berkualitas di masyarakat nantinya. Perkembangan positif utamanya pendidikan akhlak yang dalam keseharian dimanifestasikan melalui Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 merupakan harapan masyarakat luas menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang terdepan dan terpercaya bagi masyarakat.

Untuk mengungkapkan upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana peran Kepala Madrasah dalam upaya mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? (2) Apa faktor-faktor penghambat upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? (3) Solusi apa yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah terhadap hambatan-hambatan dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui peran Kepala Madrasah dalam upaya mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1, (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1, (3) Mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah terhadap hambatan-hambatan dalam mewujudkan Budaya Religius di MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 telah berhasil dalam upaya mewujudkan Budaya Religius meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala. Keberhasilan ini dapat dilihat dari terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan yang tersusun dalam program upaya mewujudkan Budaya Religius. Adapun beberapa kendala yang dihadapi di antara nya adalah: (1) Sifat malas pada jam terakhir ketika pelaksanaan sholat jama‟ah dhuhur, (2) Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, (3) Latar belakang siswa yang berbeda, (4) Latar belakang guru yang berbeda-beda. Dari beberapa kendala yang dihadapi maka solusi yang di lakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah adalah: (1) Memberikan motivasi kepada siswa, (2) Menambah sarana dan prasarana, (3)Mensosialisasikan program madrasah secara tepat, (4) Memberikan pemahaman kepada guru tentang adanya program madrasah.

ABSTRACT

This thesis discusses the efforts in realizing the Head Office of Religious Culture in the Islamic institutions, namely Religious Culture as characters pursued madrasa education in line with the demands of the times and the demands of national education. Against the background of this research by the existence of some such phenomenon is that the current government efforts initiated the National Character Education as a hallmark of national education.

The research was conducted in the State junior secondary school (MTsN) Bandar Kidul Kediri 1, one of the institutions under the auspices of the Islamic Religious Affairs Ministry. In the current reality of MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 occupies an important position as an educational institution interested in the community are expected to give birth to qualified graduates in the future. The main positive development of moral education is manifested in everyday life through Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 is a public expectation be one of the leading educational institutions, and trusted for the community.

To reveal the head office efforts in realizing the Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 then the study was conducted with the formulation of the problem as follows: (1) How does the role of Head office in an effort to realize the Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? (2) What are the factors inhibiting efforts in realizing the Head office of Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? (3) what the solution is made by the Head office against obstacles in realizing the Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1? thus the purpose of this study were: (1) Knowing the role of Head office in an effort to realize the Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1. (2) Knowing the limiting factors in efforts to realize the Head office of Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1. (3) Knowing the solution by the Head office of against obstacles in realizing the Religious Culture in MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1.

These results indicate that the head of the MTsN Bandar Kidul Kediri 1 has been successful in efforts to realize the religious culture despite some obstacles. This success can be seen from the implementation of the activities that are arranged in an effort to realize the program of Religious Culture. As for some of the constraints faced in her is (1) The nature lazy at last when the congregation prayed Dhuhr implementation, (2) The limited facilities and infrastructure, (3) students of different backgrounds, (4) The background of different teachers different. Of some of the constraints faced by the solution will be undertaken by the Head Office is: (1) Provide motivation to the students, (2) Adding the facilities and infrastructure, (3) Socializing Islamic School program correctly, (4) Provide an understanding to the teacher about the Islamic School program.
