Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pengembangan bahan ajar berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa pada materi energi dan perubahannya dengan pendekatan Science, Environment, Technology, Society (SETS) merupakan salah satu media yang dapat membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui bahan ajar, diharapkan siswa dapat memahami konsep IPA secara global, menumbuhkan ketrampilan ilmiah, kritis akan isu di masyarakat dan peka terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran dirasa akan lebih bermakna dan bermanfaat untuk jangka panjang. Pendekatan SETS adalah suatu pendekatan yang dapat mengkaitkan materi dengan sains, lingkungan, teknologi, dan masyarakat. Materi yang dibahas dalam bahan ajar adalah macam-macam energi dan perubahannya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar yang berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa IPA dengan pendekatan SETS, mengetahui validitas dan kemenarikan bahan ajar, dan mengetahui pengaruh bahan ajar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah deskriptif dengan analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, yang mengacu pada model Borg, W.R and Gall, M.D.
Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan LKS IPA dengan pendekatan SETS memenuhi kriteria valid dengan hasil uji ahli materi mencapai tingkat kevalidan 95%, ahli desain mencapai 92,5%, ahli isi pembelajaran mencapai 97,5%, dan hasil uji coba lapangan mencapai 89,8%, nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen mencapai 76,3 sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol mencapai 67,96. Pada uji T manual diperoleh Thitung = 2,92 dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05(5%) dengan derajat kebebasan (db=14) adalah 2,14, jadi Thitung(2,92) > Ttabel(2,14). Maka, dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, karena adanya pengaruh penggunaan produk pengembangan.

Development of teaching materials in the form of student worksheets on energy materials, and its amendment by Science, Environment, Technology, Society (SETS) approach is one medium that can help students in learning process. Through teaching materials, students are expected to understand the concept of science globally, foster scientific skills, be critical issues in society, and sensitive toward environment. Thus, learning is considered to be more meaningful and useful for the long term. SETS approach is an approach which is able to link the content of the object with science, environment, technology and society. The materials discussed are the types of energy and its amendments.
The purpose of this study is to produce teaching materials in the form IPA student worksheet by SETS approach, to know the validity and attractiveness of the teaching materials, and know the effect of teaching materials on improvement of student learning outcomes. Research form used by the researchers was a descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. This type of research is Research and Development, which refers to the model Borg, W.R and Gall, M.D.
The results of the research development of IPA student worksheet by SETS approach fulfill criteria valid with the material expert test results reaching the level of validity of 95%, design expert results reaching 92.5% of, learning content expert results reaching 97.5%, and the results of field trials reaching 89.8%, the average value of the post-test of experimental class reaching 76.3 while the average value of the post-test of control class reaching 67.96. At the test of manual T there was obtained Tcount = 2.92 with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) with degrees of freedom (db = 14) that was 2.14, so Tcount (2.92)> Ttable (2.14). Thus, it can be stated Ha was accepted and H0 is rejected with the conclusion that there is a significant difference between the learning results of experimental class and control class, due to the influence of the use of the product development.
