Abstract
INDONESIA:
Cacing tanah merupakan salah satu fauna tanah yang berperan penting dalam kesuburan tanah. Cacing tanah bertindak sebagai bioamelioran yaitu jasad hayati penyubur dan penyehat tanah. Kepadatan cacing tanah sangat bergantung pada factor fisika-kimia tanah dan ketersediaan makanan di suatu ekosistem. Sehingga kepadatan merupakan pameter fundamental suatu populasi untuk mengetahui kondisi suatu ekosistem. Ekosistem secara umum dibedakan menjadi dua yakni ekosistem alami dan ekosistem binaan manusia. Salah satu ekosistem binaan manusia adalah perkebunan kopi PTPNXII Bangelan, Wonosari, Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepadatan cacing tanah serta hubungannya dengan factor fisika-kimia tanah pada perkebunan kopi PTPN XII Bangelan, Wonosari, Malang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di perkebunan kopi PTPNXII sedangkan identifikasi dilakukan di laboratorium Optik Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Malang dan analisis sampel tanah dilakukan di laboratorium Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya. Terdapat tiga stasiun pengamatan; stasiun I merupakan perkebunan belum menghasilkan perlakuan non-hebisida, stasiun II merupakan perkebunan menghasilkan perlakuan herbisida dan stasiun III merupakan perkebunan koleksi varietas kopi. Metode untuk pembuatan plot adalah transek. Jumlah plot pada tiap stasiun adalah 10 plot dengan jarak antar plot 5 meter. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode hand sorted. Analisis data menggunakan rumus kepadatan relative dan spesies serta uji korelasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 3 genus cacing tanah yakni genus Pontoscolex, genus Microscolex dan genus Pheretima. Kepadatan cacing tanah tertinggi pada stasiun I yaitu genus Microscolex dengan kepadatan relatif 55,45% sedangkan kepadatan teredah genus Potocolex dengan kepadatan relative 18,96%. Kepadatan tertinggi cacing tanah pada stasiun II yaitu genus Microscolex dengan kepadatan relative 36,42% dan kepadatan terendah genus Pontoscolex dengan kepadatan relatif 34,44%. Pada stasiun III kepadatan tertinggi cacing tanah yakni genus Pontoscolex dengan kepadatan relatif 64,20% dan kepadatan terendah genus Pheretima dengan kepadatan relatif 6,17%. Korelasi antara factor fisika-kimia tanah dengan kepadatan cacing tanah menunjukkan korelasi positif pada genus Pontoscolex dengan factor suhu, pH, bahan organik, N-total C/N nisbah, C-organik, fosfor dan kalium. Pada genus Microscolex berkorelasi positif dengan kelembaban, kadar air, bahan organik, N-total, C-organik, fosfor dan kalium. Pada genus Pheretima berkorelasi positif dengan kelembaban, kadar air, N-total, fosfor dan Kalium.

Earthworms are one of the soil fauna that are important for soil fertility. Earthworms act as bio-ameliorant that is biological bodies and healthfully soil fertility. The density of earthworms highly dependent on soil physic-chemical factors and the availability of food in an ecosystem. So that the density is a fundamental Parameter a population to determine the condition of an ecosystem. Ecosystems are generally divided into two namely natural ecosystems and processed human ecosystems. One of processed human ecosystems is a coffee plantation PTPN XII Bangelan, Wonosari, Malang. This study aims to determine the density of earthworms and its relationship with soil physic-chemical factors in coffee plantation PTPN XII Bangelan, Wonosari, Malang.
This study was conducted in February-March 2016. Sampling was conducted at a coffee plantation PTPN XII while the identification performed in the laboratory Optics Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Malang and soil sample analysis performed in the Laboratory of Soil Faculty of AgricultureBrawijaya University. There are three observation stations; Station I is an immature plantations with non-herbicide treatment, station II is a plantation produce with herbicide and station III is a collection of varieties of coffee plantations. The method for creating a plot is transect. The number of plots at each station are10 plots with 5meter distance between the plot. Sampling was done by the methodof hand sorted. Analysis of the data using the relative density formula and the species and correlation test.
The results showed that the three genus of earthworm was found there aregenusPontoscolex , the genus Microscolexand the genus Pheretima . The highest density of earthworm at station I of the genus Microscolex with a relative density of 55.45%, while the lowest density ofthe genus Potocolex with relative density of 18.96%. Thehighest density of earthworms at station II, namely genus Microscolex with a relative density of 36.42% and the lowest density genus Pontoscolex with a relative density of 34.44%. At the third station the highest density of earthworms that genus Pontoscolex with a relative density of 64.20% and the lowest density genus Pheretimawith a relative density of 6.17%. Correlation between physic-chemical factors of soil with a density of earthworms showed a positive correlation to the genus Pontoscolex by a factor of temperature, pH, organic matter, N-total C/N ratio, C-organic, phosphorus and potassium. In the genus Microscolexpositively correlated with humidity, water content, organic matter, total-N, C-organic, phosphorus and potassium. In the genus Pheretima positively correlated with humidity, water content, N-total, phosphorus and potassium.
