Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum yang telah disahkan oleh pemerintah pada tanggal 15 juli 2013. Pemberlakuan Kurikulum 2013 merupakan komitmen pemerintah dalam rangka usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Dalam upaya pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 yang diberlakukan pada tahun ajaran 2013-2014 pemerintah mendapatkan bantahan yang cukup keras baik dari pihak guru, sekolah maupun pengamat pendidikan. Berpijak dari itulah peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMP Negeri 2 Malang dengan judul respon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap penerapan Kurikulum 2013.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui mengetahui sejauhmana pemahaman guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP Negeri 2 Malang tentang Kurikulum 2013. (2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMPN 2 Malang. (3) Untuk mengetahui respon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP Negeri 2 Malang terhadap penerapan Kurikulum 2013.
Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil latar guru Agama Islam kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui (1). Wawancara (interview), (2). Pengamatan (observasi) dan (3). Dokumentsi. Selanjutnya analisa data dilakukan dengan: (1). Analisa selama pengumpulan data yakni secara induktif dengan mengunakan analisa deskriptif, (2). Teknik keabsahan data dengan mengunakan triangulasi sumber data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pemahaman guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMP Negeri 2 Malang mengenai kurikulum 2013 secara konsep dan teori kurang mengusai. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah bisa menerapkannya sesuai kaidah-kaidah yang ada dalam kurikulum 2013 (2) Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2 Malang dinyatakan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut bisa diilihat dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pembelajaran yang telah sesuai dengan kaidah- kaidah pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013. Meskipun dalam hal evaluasi masih perlu adanya penyempurnaan. Hal ini dikarenakan Kurikulum 2013 yang baru berjalan beberapa bulan, sehingga masih ada beberapa hal yang masih perlu disempurnakan. Namun demikian, secara garis besar pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2 Malang telah berjalan dengan baik. (3) Respon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas VII sebagai salah satu guru pelaksana Kurikulum 2013 dalam menyambut pemberlakuan Kurikulum 2013 sangat mendukung, optimis bisa mengimplementasikan, karena sumber daya sekolah yang sangat mendukung untuk implementasi Kurikulum 2013.
ABSTRACT
The 2013 Curriculum is a curriculum that has been approved by the government on 15 July 2013. The enforcement of 2013 Curriculum is the government's commitment to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the process of implementation of 2013 Curriculum in the 2013-2014 academic years, the government gets strong rejection not only from teachers, but also schools and education observers. Related to that condition, the researcher conducted a research at SMP Negeri 2 Malang titled The Response of Islamic Education Teachers to the Implementation of 2013 Curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Malang.
The aims of this research are: (1) To measure the understanding of Islamic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Malang about the 2013 Curriculum. (2) To know the realization of 2013 Curriculum conducted by Islamic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Malang. (3) To investigate the response of Islamic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Malang to the implementation of 2013 Curriculum.
To achieve the goals of this research, the researcher used qualitative research with the Islamic Education Teachers of VII grade as the subject of research. The data was collected through (1) Interview, (2) Observation, and (3) Documentation. Furthermore, data analysis is done by (1) Analysis during collecting data is done inductively by using descriptive analysis, (2) Validity of data by using the technique of triangulation of data sources.
The result of this research indicates that (1) The understanding of Islamic Education Teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Malang to the 2013 Curriculum was still lacked in concepts and theories. However, in practice, the teachers are able to implement it according to the rules which are used in 2013 Curriculum. (2) The implementation of 2013 Curriculum on the PAI subject in SMP Negeri 2 Malang was successful. It can be seen in terms of planning, implementation, and learning evaluation that has been in accordance with the rules of implementation of 2013 Curriculum. Though the evaluation is still need improvements. This condition happened because the 2013 Curriculum is just running for a few months, so there are some cases that still need an improvement. Nevertheless, the general implementation of 2013 Curriculum on the PAI subject in SMP Negeri 2 Malang has been going well. (3) As the response of VII grade Islamic Education Teachers, as one of the teachers who implement the 2013 Curriculum stated that they are supporting the implementation of 2013 Curriculum, and they feel optimistic to be successful in implementing 2013 Curriculum because of they have school recourses that supported the running of 2013 Curriculum.
