Abstract
INDONESIA:
Standar proses merupakan acuan dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, agar proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan berkualitas dan bermutu sehingga tujuan yang telah ditetapkan mampu dicapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mampu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis langkah-langkah guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist Di MTsN 1 Mataram, (2) Mampu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses guru dalam melaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist Di MTsN 1 Mataram, (3) Mampu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis teknik guru dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist Di MTsN 1 Mataram.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara tak terstruktur, observasi non partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model interaktif yang terdiri dari data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclution. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan meningkatkan ketekunan pengamatan dan trianggulasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa; (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran Alquran Hadis yang dilakukan guru berpedoman pada aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, seperti penyusunan RPP yang dikembangkan dari silabus yang telah ditentukan untuk setiap jenjang. Jadi bisa dikatakan bahwa RPP yang disusun tidak terlepas dari aturan baku yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Alquran Hadis dilakukan guru mengacu pada standar proses yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah, dimana di dalam standar proses terdapat pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memiliki beberapa bagian yaitu kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan akhir. (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru Alquran Hadis dilihat dari standar penilaian yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan kurang sesuai dengan aturan tersebut. Seperti penilaian afektif dan psikomotorik, karena guru menyusun sendiri instrument untuk melakukan evaluasi. Sedangkan pada aspek kognitif sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.

Standard process is reference in process implementation of studying, in order that studying process that implementation has quality until the purpose who has established able to get it.this reseach purpose for (1) To describe how the teacher steps in studying strategi al-qur’an hadis in junior high school 1 mataram mataram city; (2) Able to describe how the teacher process in implementation of studying Alquran Hadis in junior high school 1 mataram mataram city; (3) able to describe how the teacher tehnis in studying evaluation al-qur’an hadis in junior high school 1 mataram mataram city.
This reseach use the qualitative reseach with phenomenology descriftive , the tehnis to agregation data is doing by interview structured, observation non participation, and documentation. Data is anlysis by using interactive model comprise with data collection, data reduction, data display and conclution, cheking data legitimate is doing with increase hard observation and trianggulation or mixture.
Based on the research done it is found that: 1) Planning learning the Alquran Hadis who did as teachers based on rules that has been determined by the government, such as the preparation of lesson plans which is developed from the syllabus as specified for each level of. So it can be said that lesson plans drawn up cannot be separated from standard regulations that determined by the central government; 2) The implementation of learning the Alquran Hadis did as teachers comply with the standards of the processes that have determined by the government, where in in a standard there is the implementation of the process of learning that has some parts those are any preliminary activity, core activities and activities the end; 3) Evaluation did as teachers Alquran Hadis if seen from assessment standards determined in national education standards less in accordance with regulations. As assessment of affective and psychomotor, because teachers arrange their own instrument to conduct an evaluation. While on the cognitive is in line with the standard established by the government.
