Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pemodelan dan simulasi karakteristik sel surya Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) berbahan semikonduktor ZnO-SiO2 menggunakan MATLAB Simulink dengan software GUI berjalan secara optimal dan berhasil dilakukan dengan memodifikasi parameter-parameter internal (Ф, τ, α, m, T), eksternal dan data hasil penelitian DSSC. Simulasi yang dilakukan meliputi simulasi menentukan daya keluaran, perubahan temperatur kerja, perubahan intensitas radiasi matahari, dan perubahan ketebalan dengan menampilkan kurva karakteristik I-V dan P-V. Bahan elektrolit yang digunakan sebagai dye adalah buah mangsi dengan koefisien absorpsi 2,18 x 102 dan daun jati dengan koefisien absorpsi 1,89 x 102. Hasil simulasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan temperatur berpengaruh terhadap tegangan (Voc) dan daya maksimal. Sedangkan perubahan intensitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai arus keluaran. Simulasi dengan perubahan ketebalan berpengaruh terhadap nilai arus dan daya maksimal.
ENGLISH:
Modeling and simulation of the Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) characteristic with ZnO-SiO2 semiconductor material using GUI MATLAB Simulink were optimally and successfully worked by modifying internal parameters (Ф, τ, α, m, T), external parameters and DSSC research result data. The simulations were conducted for determining output power, based on the change of temperature, solar radiation intensity, and thickness by representing characteristic I-V and P-V curve. Electrolyte material used as dye was mangsi fruit which has absorption coefficient 2,18 x102 and teak leaf with absorption coefficient 1,89 x 102. Simulation result pointed out that there were temperature changing on electrical voltage (Voc) and maximal power. Whereas the intensity changing influence output current value. The thickness changing simulation influence electrical current value and maximal power.
