Abstract
ABSTRAK
Akhlak sangat penting bagi manusia. Pentingnya akhlak ini tidak saja dirasakan oleh manusia dalam kehidupan perseorangan, tetapi juga dalam berkeluarga dan bermasyarakat. Bahkan juga dirasakan di dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Manusia tanpa akhlak, akan kehilangan derajat kemanusiaannya sebagai makhluk Tuhan yang paling mulia.
Berdasarkan hal di atas maka penelitian ini akan mencari 3 hal, yaitu 1). Bagaimana peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam membina akhlakul karimah siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, 2) Bagaimana/ hambatan guru aqidah akhlak dalam membina akhlakul karimah siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, 3) Bagaimana solusi guru aqidah akhlak dalam membina akhlakul karimah siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.
Dalam penelitian peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif , karena untuk menggambarkan atau mendiskripsikan fenomena fenomena yang apa adanya di lokasi penelitian. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) peran seorang guru sangat penting karena figure seorang guru sangat disorot oleh siswa, dan seorang guru selalu dijadikan cerminan akhlak untuk para siswa. Dalam pembinaan akhlak guru memutarkan video tentang kisah nabi dan sahabat pada saat proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas, pembiasaan sholat dhuha, pengajian bagi siswi putrid yang sedang udhur, wajib sholat dhuhur berjama’ah. Selain peran guru, pihak sekolah juga memberikan kegiatan mental yang dapat menunjang akhlak siswa yaitu: Muhadharah, kultum, selain kultum dan muhadharah siswa juga diajarkan ilmu membaca Al Qur’an yang baik dan benar, membaca Juz Amma, diajarkan tata cara sholat dan do’a sehari-hari 2) Hambatan/kendala di alami oleh guru aqidah yaitu: Faktor dalam diri siswa (internal), Faktor sekolah, Faktor lingkungan (pergaulan). 3). Solusi dalam menangani hambatan/ kendala dengan cara a) guru aqidah menjalin kerjasama dengan guru lain b) guru aqidah akhlak bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah c) guru aqidah akhlak bekerjasama dengan orang tua siswa d) Guru aqidah akhlak melakukan pendekatan terhadap siswa.
ABSTRACT
Morality is highly important in human life. The importance of morality is not only felt by an individual life, but it is also felt in the family, society, or even in the nation life. Man without morals, would lose a degree of humanity as the most noble creatures of God.
Based on the satements above, this research focus on three reseach problems, they are: 1). What is the role of aqidah akhlak teachers of Muhammadiyah senior high school 1 in fostering the students’ loadable morality
2). How are the obstacles of aqidah akhlak teachers of Muhammadiyah senior high school 1 in fostering the students’ loadable morality 3). What are the solution given by aqidah akhlak teachers of Muhammadiyah senior high school 1 in fostering the students’ loadable morality.
In this study, researcher used a qualitative research design. This research design was used since the reseacher wanted to describe the phenomena occured in the research field. The data collection techniques used where observation, documentation and interviews.
The results of this study show that: 1) the role of a teacher is very important since a teacher is a figure greatly highlighted by the students, and a teacher is a reflection of the students’ character. There are same activities done by the theacer in fostering the students morality. Those activities were: Teacher played videos about the story of the prophet and his companions during the learning process in the classroom, the theacer accustumed the student to do Dhuha prayer, the teachers asked the students who are getting menstruation to join Keputrian Study , and the teacher also asked all of the students to have dhuhur congregation. Beside the teachers, the school party also provides mental activity that can support students 'morality, namely: Muhadharah and Kultum. Beside it, students are also taught how to read the Qur'an and Juz Amma correctly. They are also taught the procedures of correct prayers and several daily prayers. 2) the obstacles faced by aqidah akhlak teachers are internal factors, school factors and environmental factors (association). 3). The solution in overcoming the those obstacles are : a) the Akhidah Akhlak teachers cooperate with other teachers b) aqidah akhlak collaborate with the school party c) Akhidah Akhlak teachers collaborate with parents d) Akhidah Akhlak teachers make a good approach to students.
