Abstract
ABSTRAK
Prestasi adalah penilaian pendidikan tentang perkembangan dan kemajuan murid yang berkenaan dengan penguasaan bahan pelajaran yang disajikan kepada mereka serta nilai yang terdapat dalam kurikulum.karena itulah diperlukan metode khusus untuk membantu peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang akan dipelajari, namun pada kenyataanya peneliti mengetahui bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran di Madrasah tersebut masih seringkali menggunakan metode ceramah. sehingga siswa tidak ikut terlibat secara aktif selama proses pembelajaran, maka dari itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, tujuanya untuk menyajikan suatu suasana baru di dalam proses pembelajran di kelas VII dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode BrainStorming dan Card Short.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana proses perencanaan strategi Brainstorming untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.(2) Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan metode brainstorming untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi asma’ul husna kelas VII.(3) Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada materi asma’ul husna kelas VII di MTs Darul Falah setelah menggunakan metode Brainstorming.
Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini akan dipakai model siklus yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, sehingga diharapkan semakin lama akan semakin menunjang hasil yang ingin dicapai.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan selama dua siklus, hasil seluruh pembahasan serta analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut Hasil pretest diperoleh skor rata-rata (71,36) dan skor rerata siklus I adalah (72,95). Terjadi Peningkatan dari pretest ke siklus I adalah (1,59).pada akhir siklus II dapat diperoleh perbedaan skor siklus 1 yaitu (72,95) dengan skor pada akhir siklus II (81,09). Terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII pada siklus ke II secara keseluruhan (8.14). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus I sampai siklus II menunjukkkan bahwa metode BrainStorming dan card short dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII. Hal ini dapat kita perhatikan perbedaan skor rerata pretest dengan skor rata-rata siklus I yang mengalami peningkatan (1,59), dan perbadaan skor dari siklus I ke siklus II yang mengalami peningkatan sebesar (8.14)Maka terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dengan metode BrainStorming dan card short.
ABSTRACT
Achievement is the educational assessment about the development and progress of the students that relating to the mastery of the lesson’s materials that is presented to them as well as the values that contained in the curriculum. That’s why it needs special methods to help the learners in understanding the material which will be studied. But in fact, the researcher find that the use of learning method in this Madrasah is still often using speech (one way communication) method. So that the students are not avtively involved during the learning process, and therefore the author want to do a class action research, to provide a new atmosphere in the learning process in grade VII, in the intent involving the students actively, in order to increase the learning achievement of the students by using Brain Storming and Card Short method.
The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of Brain Storming and Card Short method by Asma’ul Husna material that could involve the students actively, so that it could be increasing the learning achievement of the students grade VII in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Falah Pakisaji.
This research is a kind of class action research, using the cycle model that is done continuously, which is expected that the longer of the research would be supporting the desired result.
Based on the result of the research that has been presented during the two cycles, the result of the whole discussion and the analysis that has been done, can be concluded as follows: the results of pre-test is obtained the average score (71,36) and the mean score of the first cycle is (72,95). From the pre-test and the first (I) cycle is occurred an increase amount of (1,59). By the second (II) cycle is obtained the last score (81,09). It is occurred the increase of the average score of the student’s learning achievement at grade VII from the first cycle to the second cycle is overall (8,14). Based on the reseach right from the first cycle to the second cycle, indicate that Brain Storming and Card Short method can increasing the learning achievement of the student at VII grade. We can note the difference of the pre-test average score to the first cycle that increased (1,59), and the difference of the score from the first cycle to the second cycle that increased (8,14). It means there is an increase of the learning achievement by using the Brain Storming and Card Short method.
