Abstract
INDONESIA:
Seorang guru adalah tenaga professional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai dan mengevaluasi peserta didik. Beban dan tanggung jawab seorag guru besar kepada peserta didik. Guru bertanggung jawab melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan sedmikian hingga guru bertugas dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pengajaran kepada peserta didik. Tanggung jawab ini direalisasikan dalam menuntun peserta didik, menganalisis kesulitan belajar dan menilai kemajuan peserta didik. Peserta didik dikatakan berhasil apa bila hasil belajar yang didapatkan baik. Namun ada beberapa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik diantaranya kontribusi guru. Keberhasilan siswa dapat dilihat dari sejauh apa usaha yang dilakukan guru.
Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka fokus masalah yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana upaya guru mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran SKI di MAN 2 Madiun, (2) Bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi guru mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningakatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran SKI di MAN 2 Madiun. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran SKI di MAN 2 Madiun, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi guru mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningakatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran SKI di MAN 2 Madiun.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, yaitu peneliti berangkat ke lapangan untuk mengadakan pengamatan secra intensif, terperinci, dan mendalam pada kasus yang terjadi di MAN 2 Madiun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data digunakan reflektif thinking dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Serta pengecekan keabsahan temuan menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, trianggulasi, dan ketekunan pengamatan.
Adapun hasil penelitian upaya guru mata pelajaran SKI dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran SKI di MAN 2 Madiun menunjukkan bahwa: guru sudah melaksanakan kinerjanya dengan baik. Mulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Upaya guru SKI dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar diantaranya (1) melakukan perencanaan dengan baik dan matang, (2) penggunaan metode yang bervariasi, (3) mempergunakan sarana yang mendukung pembelajaran dengan baik, (4) mengikuti pelatihan baik yang diselenggarkan madrasah maupun luar madrasah, (5) memotivasi siswa. Kendala yang dialami dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar yaitu (1) kurangnya jam pelajaran bagi kelas XII, (2) pelajaran SKI kurang diminati, (3) pengaruh buruk teman sebaya, (4) perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan, (5) kerjasama kurang pada kegiatan kelompok.
ENGLISH:
A teacher is the energy professional with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, train, assessment and evaluate learners. The burden and responsibility of a teacher to learners. Teachers are responsible for carrying out the educational activities such that the teacher on duty in providing guidance and instruction to students.This responsibility is realized in guiding learners, learning difficulties analyzing and assessing the progress of the learners. The students are said to be successful if it brings good learning results. However there are several factors that can enhance the learning outcome of students including the contribution of the teachers. Student success can be seen from as far as what effort do teachers.
Departing from that problem, then focus the issue taken in this study are: (1) how the efforts of teachers in improving SKI subjects students can study subjects achievements SKI at MAN 2 Madiun, (2) how obstacles facing teachers subjects SKI in improving learning achievements of students in the subjects of SKI in MAN 2 Madiun .As for the goals to be achieved in this study are: (1) to describe the efforts of teachers of subjects SKI in improving student learning achievement subjects SKI at MAN 2 Madiun, (2) to describe the obstacles facing teachers subjects in improving SKI learning achievements of students in the subjects of SKI in MAN 2 Madiun.
The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of research case study, that researchers set out into the field to conduct observations in intensive, detailed, and insightful on the case which happened in MAN 2 Madiun engineering data collection using observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis used reflective thinking with data reduction steps, the presentation of data and verification of data. As well as checking the validity of findings using the triangular extension of observation, observation, and perseverance.
As for the results of the research efforts of teachers of subjects SKI in improving student learning achievement subjects SKI at MAN 2 Madiun showed that: teachers already carrying out their performance well. Starting from the planning to the execution of the instruction. SKI teacher's effort in improving the results of the study include (1) planning and well cooked, (2) use of the varied methods, (3) use the means by which support learning, (4) the following training is well organized in madrasah or madrasah outside (5) motivating students. The constraints being experienced in improving learning achievement, namely (1) the lack of hours of lessons for class XII, (2) lesson SKI less interest, (3) bad influence peers, (4) differences of educational background, (5) cooperation less on group activities.
