Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kejadian hipertensi di Indonesia dikatakan tinggi, terhitung pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 34,11% masyarakat Indonesia terkena hipertensi, sehingga diperlukan penanganan serius. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara gangguan pada kualitas tidur dengan nilai tekanan darah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengembangan upaya preventif dan promotif supaya masyarakat memiliki tekanan darah yang optimal dan terhindar dari komplikasi atau bahkan kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan nilai tekanan darah pengemudi bus di Kabupaten Malang. Sebuah studi cross-sectional dilakukan di Kabupaten Malang pada tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan sampel. Kuisioner PSQI yang sudah tervalidasi serta sphygmomanometer digunakan untuk menilai kualitas tidur serta tekanan darah. Uji Somers’d Gamma digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Terdapat 65 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 41 responden (63,10%) dimana 22 responden (53,70%) memiliki tekanan darah normal dan 19 responden (46.30%) memiliki tekanan darah tinggi. Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan (p=0,001) antara kualitas tidur terhadap nilai tekanan darah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kualitas tidur memiliki hubungan terhadap nilai tekanan darah pengemudi bus di Kabupaten Malang.
ENGLISH:
The incidence of hypertension in Indonesia is said to be high, as of 2018 as many as 34.11% of Indonesian people are affected by hypertension, so serious treatment is needed. Several studies have shown that there is a correlation between disturbances in sleep quality and blood pressure values. Therefore, it is necessary to develop preventive and promotive efforts so that people have optimal blood pressure and avoid complications or even death. This study aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure values of bus drivers in Malang Regency. A cross-sectional study was conducted in Malang Regency in 2021 using a purposive sampling technique to collect samples. A validated PSQI questionnaire and a sphygmomanometer were used to assess sleep quality and blood pressure. Somers'd Gamma test is used to test the hypothesis. There are 65 respondents involved in this study. Most of the respondents had poor sleep quality as many as 41 respondents (63.10%) of which 22 respondents (53.70%) had normal blood pressure and 19 respondents (46.30%) had high blood pressure. Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation (p=0.001) between sleep quality and blood pressure values. The conclusion of this study is that sleep quality has a relationship with the blood pressure value of bus drivers in Malang Regency.
