Pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan financial distress sebagai moderasi: Studi kasus pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di sektor property dan real estate dan sektor perdagangan, jasa dan investasi 2018 s.d. 2020

INDONESIA :

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan financial distress terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan, pengaruh tingkat hutang terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan bila dimoderasi oleh financial distress.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor real estate dan properti serta sektor perdagangan, investasi dan jasa yang terdaftar di BEI 2018-2020. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 111 di sektor real estate dan properti serta sektor perdagangan, investasi dan jasa yang terdaftar di BEI 2018-2020. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas yaitu struktur modal (X1), profitabilitas (X2), variabel terikatnya adalah nilai perusahaan (Y), dengan variabel pemoderasinya adalah financial distress (Z). Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal, profitabilitas dan financial distress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal dan profitabilitas juga berpengaruh signifikan jika dimoderatori oleh financial distress.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and financial distress on the company's market value, the effect of debt levels on the company's market value when moderated by financial distress.

This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is the real estate and property sector companies and the trade, investment and service sectors listed on the 2018-2020 BEI. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The sample is 111 in the real estate and property sectors and the trade, investment and services sectors listed on the 2018-2020 BEI. The variables used in this study are independent variables, namely capital structure (X1), profitability (X2), the dependent variable is firm value (Y), with the moderating variable being financial distress (Z). Technical data analysis using SPSS.

The result is that capital structure, profitability and financial distress have a significant effect on firm value, while capital structure and profitability also have a significant effect when moderated by financial distress.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير هيكل رأس المال والربحية والضائقة المالية على القيمة السوقية للشركة ، وتأثير مستويات الدين على القيمة السوقية للشركة عند تخفيفها بسبب الضائقة المالية.
