Kinerja keuangan terhadap price to book value dengan dividend payout ratio sebagai variabel intervening: Pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Kinerja Keuangan (Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio) Terhadap Price to Book Value denagn menambahkan Dividend Payout Ratio sebagai variabel intervening. Menganalisis hubungan Return on Asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Price to Book Value. Menganalisis hubungan Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Menganalisis hubungan Dividend Payout Ratio terhadap Price to Book Value .

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 98 perusahaan yang telah sesuai dengan kriteria dalam pemilihan sampel yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Anat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on assets, current ratio serta debt to equity ratio memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap price to book. dividend payout ratio memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap price to book value. return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap price to book value melalui dividend payout ratio.

ENGLISH :

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Financial Performance (Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio) to Price to Book Value by adding the Dividend Payout Ratio as an intervening variable. Analyzing the relationship of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio to Price to Book Value. Analyzing the relationship of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio. Analyzing the relationship between Dividend Payout Ratio and Price to Book Value.

This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The number of samples used are 98 companies that have complied with the criteria in the selection of samples, namely by purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is quantitative data derived from the company's financial statements. Anat analysis used is SmartPLS.

The results showed that return on assets, current ratio and debt to equity ratio had a negative effect on price to book. dividend payout ratio has a negative effect on price to book value. return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio show no significant effect on price to book value through the dividend payout ratio.

نتيجة التحري تشير على أن العودة إلى الأصول، النسبة المثوية الصحيحة، والنسبة المثوية على مقارنة بين الدين والدخل لها آثار سلبية على مقارنة الأسعار بين السلع بالدخل. نسبة مثوية لها آثار سلبية على مقارنة الأسعار بين السلع بالدخل. العودة إلى الأصول، النسبة المثوية الصحيحة، ونسبة مثوية كآثار المتقلب ليست لها آثار معتبرة بواسطة النسبة المثوية للدخل.
