Abstract

ABSTRAK:

Sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara ( BUMN) PT Pertamina EP Cepu memiliki tanggung jawab terus melakukan aktivitas perusahaan di tengah perubahan yang terjadi akibat Covid 19. Berbagai penyesuaianpun dilakukan. Tulisan ini menjelaskan bentuk penyesuaian yang dapat dilakukan melalui perancangan hunian pekerja menggunkan teori mini housing dengan pendekatan resilien (adsorbtive, responsive, adaptive, recovery) untuk tercapainya resilience living. Metode perancangan menggunakan flooding resilience yaitu flooding with root, flooding with steam dan flooding with leaf untuk menjawab permasalahan banjir di lokasi perancangan. Hasil penerapan metode perancangan pada desain seperti flooding with root yaitu permukaan tanah tapak menghasilkan desain pemetaan area menurut kontur, pemanfaatan lebih lanjut air hujan dengan penyaluran sistem gravitasi, penempatan antar massa bangunan dan kelanjutan sirkulasi air tapak dengan kawasan. Flooding with steam yaitu bentuk denah dengan flesibilitas fungsi ruang, finishing ruang yang menciptkan kesan luas dan portableitas furniture. Flooding with leaf yaitu bentuk atap organik dari material atap sirap ulin.

ABSTRACT:

As a State-Owned Enterprise ( BUMN) PT Pertamina EP Cepu has the responsibility of continuing to carry out company activities in the midst of changes that occur due to Covid 19. Various adjustmentswere made. This paper explains the form of adjustments that can be made through the design of worker housing using the mini housing theory with a resilient approach (adsorbtive, responsive, adaptive, recovery) to achieve resilience living. The design method uses flooding resilience, namely flooding with root, flooding with steam and flooding with leaf to answer flooding problems at the design site. The results of the application of design methods to designs such as flooding with root, namely the soil surface of the tread, the design of mapping the area according to contours, further utilization of rainwater with the distribution of the gravity system, the placement between the masses of the building and the continuation of thetread water stimulation with the area. Flooding with steam is a form of plan with the flexibility of space function, space finishing that creates the impression of spaciousness and portableity of furniture. Flooding with leaf is an organic roof shape from ironwood shingles roofing material.
