Sistem cerdas untuk menemukan behavioral similarity pada model proses bisnis menggunakan algoritma transition adjacency relations: Studi kasus penerimaan peserta didik baru jenjang SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari behavioral similarity pada model proses bisnis PPDB jenjang SMP guna mendapatkan model proses bisnis yang umum menggunakan algoritma Transition Adjacency Relations (TARs). Model proses bisnis yang umum dapat diperoleh dari perhitungan behavioral similarity model proses bisnis PPDB SMP, kemudian mengelompokkan proses bisnis sesuai hasil perhitungan kemiripan berdasarkan nilai threshold (clustering) serta membentuk common fragment. Masukan sistem adalah model PPDB SMP berupa petri net sedangkan hasil akhir keluaran sistem adalah model proses bisnis yang umum berupa nilai TARset kemudian dimodelkan dalam bentuk petri net. Proses bisnis PPDB SMP diperoleh dari empat sekolah, yaitu SMP An-Nur 2 Al Murtadlo Bululawang, MTs An-Nur 1 Al-Murtadlo Bululawang, SMP Negeri 13 Kota Malang dan SMP Islam Baburrohmah Mojokerto. Proses bisnis PPDB empat sekolah tersebut kemudian dimodelkan dalam bentuk petri net sebagai data masukan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghitung behavioral similarity menggunakan algoritma Transition Adjacency Relations (TARs) terhadap model proses bisnis PPDB empat sekolah sebanyak 16 kali perhitungan. Pada proses clustering, sistem mampu membentuk kelompok kluster sebanyak 8 kelompok pada nilai threshold 0,5. Kemudian hasil ektraksi common fragment dari 8 kelompok kluster adalah berupa nilai TARset, merepresentasikan sebagai proses bisnis yang umum dari proses bisnis PPDB empat sekolah tersebut.

This research aimed to explore the behavioral similarity on business process model of PPDB for junior high school in order to obtain a common business process model uses an algorithm of Adjacency Relations Transition (TARs). Common business process models can be obtained from the calculation of behavioral similarity of PPDB for junior high school business process models, and then segmenting susiness process based on the value of the similarity calculation based on the threshold values ​​(clustering), finally get a common fragment. System get input of PPDB for junior high school’s petri net models and the final result of the system is a common business process model in the form of TARset value. The TARset value then modeled in a petri net model. Business process of PPDB for junior high school obtained from four schools, they are Junior High School of An-Nur 2 Al Murtadlo Bululawang, Islamic Junior High School of An-Nur 1 Al-Murtadlo Bululawang, State Junior High School of 13 Kota Malang and Islamic Junior High School Baburrohmah Mojokerto. Those Business process of PPDB for junior high schools modeled in the form of a Petri net models as system input. The result of research showed that the system is able to calculate the behavioral similarity of PPDB for four junior high school business process models with Adjacency Relations Transition (TARs) algorithm then get 16 behavioral similarity values. In the clustering process, the system is able to get a group in clusters of about 8 groups based on the threshold value of 0.5. Finally the common fragment extraction results from 8 groups of clusters is a TARset value, that represent a common business process from business processes of PPDB of four junior high schools.
