Abstract
Indonesia:
Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan gaya hidup, termasuk perubahan perilaku makan pada mahasiswa di Indonesia yang diyakini terjadi karena salah satu dampak adanya kebijakan PSBB. Pemikiran individu menjadi salah satu faktor perilaku makan sehat. Individu dapat dikatakan memiliki pengendalian diri yang baik, apabila individu mampu mengatur perilakunya. (Ogden, 2010).
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami tingkat regulasi diri, jenis perilaku makan di masa pandemi, dan pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap perilaku makan di masa pandemi pada mahasiswi aktif prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 83 orang diambil 75% dari jumlah total populasi sebanyak 110 mahasiswi aktif Prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Malang. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur variabel perilaku makan, peneliti menggunakan skala perilaku makan yang dimodifikasi dari Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnare (DEBQ), yang terdapat 23 item. Sementara untuk mengukur variabel regulasi diri terdapat 19 item, dengan model skala likert. Peneliti menggunakan metode analisis data dengan analisis deskripsi statistik, uji asumsi, uji hipotes, dan korelasi product moment.
Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa tingkat regulasi diri pada mahasiswi aktif S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Malang di masa pandemi berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 55,4%. Mayoritas responden memiliki jenis perilaku makan emotional eating di masa pandemi. Selain itu, tingkat jenis perilaku makan emotional eating dan external eating berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara regulasi diri terhadap perilaku makan di masa pandemi, dengan nilai F sebesar 142,907 dan nilai sig. (p) 0,000 atau sig. (p) 0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 63,8%. Sehingga diketahui bahwa regulasi diri mempengaruhi perilaku makan mahasiswi aktif prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Malang di masa pandemi.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused lifestyle changes, including changes in student eating behavior in Indonesia, which is believed to have occurred due to one of the impacts of the PSBB policy. Individual thinking is one of the factors of healthy eating behavior. Individuals can be said to have good self-control if they are able to regulate their behavior. (Ogden, 2010).
Based on the above background, the purpose of this study was to determine and understand the level of self-regulation, types of eating behavior during a pandemic, and the effect of self-regulation on eating behavior during a pandemic in active students of the S1 Catering Education study program, State University of Malang.
This study uses quantitative research methods, with a sample of 83 people taken 75% of the total population of 110 active students of the S1 Catering Education Study Program, State University of Malang. While the sampling technique usingpurposive sampling.To measure the eating behavior variable, the researcher used a modified eating behavior scale fromDutch Eating Behavior Questionnare(DEBQ), which contains 23 items. Meanwhile, to measure the self-regulation variable, there are 19 items, with a scale modellikert. Researchers use data analysis methods with statistical description analysis, assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and correlationproduct moment.
The results of the analysis prove that the level of self-regulation in active students of S1 Catering Education, State University of Malang during the pandemic is in the medium category with a percentage level of 55.4%. The majority of respondents have this type of eating behavioremotional eatingin times of pandemic. In addition, the level of the type of eating behavioremotional eatingandexternal eating are in the medium category. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between self-regulation on eating behavior during the pandemic, with an F value of 142,907 and a sig. (p) 0.000 or sig. (p) 0.05 with an effect of 63.8%. So that it is known that self-regulation affects the eating behavior of active students in the S1 Catering Education Study Program, State University of Malang during the pandemic.

ﺗﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻃﺮﻕ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻜﻤﻲ ، ﻣﻊ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ۸۳ ﺷﺨﺼﺎً ﺗﻢ ﺃﺧﺬﻫﺎ ۷۵٪ ﻣﻦﺇﺟﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻋﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻟﻎ ۱۱٠ ﻃﺎﻟﺒﺎً ﻧﺸﻄﺎً ﻓﻲ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ درجة البكالوريوس، ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﻭﻻﻳﺔﻣﺎﻻﻧﺞ. ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺗﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺗﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﺃﺧﺬ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺎﺕﺃﺧﺬ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺩﻑ.ﻟﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻛﻞﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻣﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺪﻝ ﻣﻦﺍﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎﻥ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻬﻮﻟﻨﺪﻱ) .ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺤﺘﻮﻱ ﻋﻠﻰ ٢۳ ﻋﻨﺼﺮﺍً (استبيان سلوك الأكل الهولندي ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ، ﻟﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺬﺍﺗﻲ ،ﻫﻨﺎﻙ ۱۹ﻋﻨﺼﺮﺍً، ﻣﻊ ﻧﻤﻮﺫﺝ ﻣﺼﻐﺮﻟﻴﻜﺮﺕ.ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﻮﻥ ﻃﺮﻕ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻊ .ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞﺍﻟﻮﺻﻒ ﺍﻹﺣﺼﺎﺉﻲ ﻭﺍﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻻﻓﺘﺮﺍﺿﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﺧﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺿﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁﻟﺤﻈﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ
