Abstract
INDONESIA:
SMKN 1 Gempol menerapkan buku harian kegiatan keagamaan siswa, untuk memonitoring kegiatan keagamaan yang dilakukan oleh siswa di luar jam sekolah. Penerapan buku tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya alokasi jam pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, serta sebagai media atau sarana yang menghubungkan antara guru dan pihak keluarga untuk bersama-sama mengawasi proses pendidikan yang diterapkan. Berangkat dari latar belakang tersebut, penulis kemudian ingin membahasnya dalam skripsi dengan judul “Penggunaan Buku Harian Kegiatan Keagamaan Siswa dalam Upaya Monitoring Kegiatan Keagamaan Siswa SMKN 1 Gempol”.
Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana kegiatan keagamaan siswa yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan sekolah SMKN 1 Gempol, bagaimana penggunaan buku harian kegiatan keagamaan, dan bagaimana implikasi dari diterapkannya buku harian kegiatan keagamaan siswa.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun untuk analisis data, menggunakan metode Miles and Hubberman, yang mana data hasil penelitian akan diolah melaui tahap data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kegiatan keagamaan siswa yang dilakukan di sekolah berupa pelaksanaan shalat duhur berjamaah serta membaca Al-Qur’an. Pihak wali/orang tua siswa memiliki peranan penting untuk mengingatkan dan membimbing siswa-siswi di rumah untuk melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan yang dimaksudkan melalui buku harian kegiatan keagamaan. Impikasi dari diterapkannya buku harian kegiatan keagamaan siswa tersebut mengakibatkan inisiatif siswa-siswi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan menjadi meningkat. Peningkatan inisatif siswa-siswi tersebut bisa diamati ketika sekolah mengadakan kegiatan keagamaan berupa khatmil Al-Qur’an dan shalat dhuhur berjamaah, dimana pada pelaksanaannya siswa-siswi langsung mengikuti acara tersebut.

SMK 1 Gempol applied student’s diary of religious activities, to monitor the religious activities carried out by students outside school hours. The application of the book was based on the lack of allocation of teaching hours for Islamic education, as well as the media or means of connection between the teacher and the family to get together in keeping an eye on the process of the education applied. Departing from this background, the author would like to discuss later in the thesis with the title "The Use of Religious Activity Diary in the effort of Monitoring the Religious activities of State Vocational Students (SMKN) 1 Gempol ".
Issues discussed in this study is about how the religious activities of the students performed in SMKN 1 Gempol, how the use of the religious activities diary, and what are the implications of the implementation of the religious activities diary of students.
In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with case study for the research and the technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. And for the data analysis, using Miles and Hubberman, in which the data will be processed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
Based on this research, student’s religious activities conducted in schools in the form of the together prayer of Ḑuhūr and reading the Quran. The guardian / parents have an important role to remind and guide students at home to carry out the religious activities in question through a diary of religious activities. The Implication of implementing the diary resulted in the initiative of the students in the increase of performing the religious activities. The Improvement of students’ initiative can be observed when the school held a religious activity of khatmil Koran and dhuhur prayer in congregation, in which in the implementation the students immediately follow the event.
